I love the layout, the simplicity of design, and the way it functions. Everything on the platform has been very consistent. I've used a few different CRMs before, and nothing else compares. The platform is easy on the eyes, the dialing is easy on the ears.
The ONLY downside of using Close that I can think of at this very moment.. is that I cannot power-dial through the list of leads with my mobile phone. (Unless I can and it's just restricted by my company). Other than that, no complaints.
Close is helping to solve the need for a consistent and smooth CRM for, of course, promptly reaching out to leads and maintaining a business relationship with them through multiple avenues of communication.
All my leads are right there in one place, easy to track; love that I can send an email, and/or call, and/or text all from one screen; I can leave notes for myself or my colleagues to see--whoever is talking to the client can see the necessary information, but it still tracks them as my client; also love that I can set reminders to follow-up with clients
I have not been able to call overseas. I think maybe there is another step that needs to be taken so this can happen . . .

All communications and tasks and information are consolidated into one place. Close has AWESOME and fast customer response. They treat me as if I'm an account admin anytime I submit a question or request!
It would be neat to see the power/auto dialer have a "double dial" option.

In our small team we focus on producing and delivering sales e-mails through the template driven system that Close has, along with the easy reminder setup, we never leave a potential customer behind. The second major plus for us is the seamless intergration with our website and social media accounts, in that when prospects submit forms on the platforms, the form data is easily fed into Close and automatically appears as a lead prospect and a to-do task for our sales team .. this took a lot of pain away for us. BUT for us, it is the ease of use, other CRM's tend to be difficult to setup, get going and to get to the point where we just want to send e-mails to client prospects, Close is the winner all the way.
The only real problem we encountered was a glitch when sending images to an Outlook client - the images would not size properly, we then discovered this is a well known fault in the way Outlook reads the HTML messages, a quick rectification code string is inserted into our templates, and now images render correctly in Outlook. Other than that one minor issue, we have not experienced any errors/downtime etc .. system works flawlessly!
As a SaaS startup focussed on the pet grooming industry, our target market is very small and niche. So the ability to capture leads, not only from our sales people generating leads, but from our website and social media pages as well. automatically and seamlessly is a major bonus for us.
It is clean and easy to use. It keeps you focused on the things that matter. Every other CRM felt overwhelming, had feature bloat and was a nightmare. It ended up paralyzing me and I wouldn't use it. With Close, I started immediately, intuitively, and never stopped.
The price is a little bit high for us as a scrappy startup, but with their new startup pricing plan it is much more do-able. I don't really have any other negative feedback, they're truly awesome.
Close is helping my sales developement reps track leads, automate outreach messages, and most importantly get meetings booked for me with our target customers. I then close those sales and track everything in Close.

As with using any CRM it can seem a bit alien when you first take a look. After using it for a couple of days I found it to be one of the best CRM's I've used and really struggling to find a down side!

Extremely easy to link email accounts to Close. It's also fantastic for creating sequences and assigning statuses to leads. Importing and exporting leads is also super easy to do. Bulk editing is fantastic for cleaning up your inbox. It really is an impressive piece of kit.
I truly don't see any downsides about Close. It's great value for money and is central to our business. I couldn't think of one area where our experience could be improved and I have used several other CRMs in the past

I like how easy it is and how fast you can do things. I ove to do things with speed. The faster you do things, the faster you get to your Sale and the faster you get to your Money.
For beginners it can be a bit complicated, but there still are very good instructions. Also for a beginner agency with no money on the start, it can be a bit pricy.
Close helps me do complete things faster. Even when you have a little bit of slow staff, close helps to gives everyone a little push to do things faster and more efficient.
Upsides to using close are sending scheduled texts and being able to dispostion easliy allows to make sure no propects slip through the cracks and are all reached
Downsides are when sending a text message, double check you click "send". A lot of the times it will end up as a "Draft" and will not be sent out.
Able to seamlessly dial through hundreds of leads everyday in the smart view that are shuffled based on time zone. The scheduled task is also very helpful to not let leads be forgetten about
