My favorite part is being able to share contacts with other team members and us being able to see contact history even when working with other team members.
The gmail add-on doesn't always work, and I do get authentication issues pretty regularly. It works frine from the dashboard on a new tab though.
I'm able to create and share contact lists with multiple team members and I'm loving the use of pipelines to track work progress.
Visual view at opportunity pipeline; ability to drill down on an opportunity and see all correspondence.
limited reporting and integration with basic addition - would expect LinkedIn integration at a minimum.
No issues. Largest benefit is staying in closer contact with opportunities.
Decent integration with gmail for business. Good bulk mailing capability. Good collaboration among teams. Using gmail, eM Client along with it. Tags are very useful
Would be nice if more collaboration around tags. Everything works quite well.
Pipeline management for fundraising in a venture capital firm. Pipeline management of founders and deals.
They are constantly updating the platform with client feedback.
Sometimes the system is very buggy and has a lot of bugs/ glitches. They are typically fixed pretty fast though.
Copper is helping our sales team with lead and pipeline management.
I've worked with a variety of CRMs in sales and bd roles in the past, the previous favorite being Base CRM (before it became ZenDesk Sell). I haven't tried ZenDesk Sell but have to admit, I'm very happy with Copper. The most important features are easily accessible and the UX is more intuitive than most CRMs. Because I work in CRM all day, little things make a difference, especially with highly repetitive tasks. I find Copper to get most things right and to take the UX seriously for the type of role I have. I find their team incredibly supportive and helpful (since the start) and even when I've been frustrated by not understanding or not seeing the features I was looking for, the Copper team was quick to respond and assist. In the quest for the perfect CRM, I have to say, I'm a difficult customer but Copper is a very nice option.
The least helpful things about Copper, I've found, are some of the minor fixed arrangements of the center deal view. Most of what I use in Copper is customizable so I can't complain that some things aren't possible.
Copper has helped us streamline internal processes and get to our customers quicker (with more insights). We are more productive as a team and that's resulted in better all around results.
Integration with google products, especially email
It's not overly customizable, however sometimes this is beneficial and simplifies the process
We are mostly using it to track customers and opportunities
Clean interface, easy to track data, productivity, accounts, and activity. Particularly the tracked email feature is nice and the legacy data analysis/tracking system is strong. Clean and intuitive.
Needs much further integration with Outlook and other systems besides Google/Gmail. The faster you can set up accounts the better, also needs options for sending bulk emails, tracking bounce/open rates, and providing some small but basic data analysis like highest GEO sales regions, industry sector results, etc.
Keeping track of activity is much easier, as well as tracking some market trends for our business in select industries (via sort by SIC/NAICS code and the like).
The possibility of downloading the data quickly with "export data tool".
I want to download personalized data, not only the possibilities that "export website" gives me.
I can reach the forgotten opportunities in copper and change their status and value of them.
Ease of use and interaction for updating calls. The simple interface when using
I dislike that you can't duplicate a call, so you have to create a new one each time. We have multiple product awards for an account and times when we would like to close the first award for an item out but not close out the opportunity altogether.
Keeping accounts straight with actual intereactions being recorded via Gmail . My accounts are organized and updated much easier. Business performance has increased some.
How easy the web-based browser is to use. I also like their Opportunities tab that showcases the deal stages and where each company is in that stage. It's super easy to log activities as well.
Stats, tracking, and reporting. It's hard to pull reports. They also oversold their email marketing capabilities. They said we could sequence outreach emails and I haven't seen anything of the sort in fact it's very hard to send marketing/business devleopment emails from the site.
Having 1 centralized CRM for 5 business development leaders to report our conversations in and showcase where our opportunities are in the funnel.
I like the most all integrations how easy is to use
I don't like when i loosing website after refreshing
I'm quicker, because of emails templated and integrated mail. A lot of think happens automatically.
I like how easy Copper lays out all of your information and the fact that you can customize fields so that you are able to get the exact data you are looking for easily.
I dislike how outdated the system looks. It seems like a lot of things with the UI and overall customer experience could be improved. Again, the data is great, so this is just a small nitpicking issue.
The main problem that I am solving with copper is being able to track all of my leads, opportunities, and even past closed deals that happen at my current sales role. The data and notes that I am able to have are a huge benefit!
Copper is available across all platforms, allowing me quick access to data wherever I am. Checking other team members' emails/calls makes working as a team easy.
When first set up, copper seems to email you at every slight change to any opportunity, but you can rectify this by changing the settings slightly. You can adjust the settings individually for emails, app, and copper notifications.
Storing large quantities of inquiries effectively for use in a small team has vastly helped the productivity of our sales department, improving our customer's experience.
The organizational abilities are found within the platform.
Sometimes it can be hard to navigate or understand where things are.
Its easy to find information regarding clients without having to look for exterior help or assistant
It is awesome that can sync up with Gmail, it helps me a lot to follow every deal with my clients, but, sometimes that is not possible, I am not sure if the tool is having adjustments or something, but it doesn't work sometimes, I used every day and I have work with many CRM´s, in my opinion, is the best talking about price-functionality
I can't sync it on the Gmail screen sometimes, like 2 or 3 times a week
Easy to track all my deals, I can follow all stages of selling with my clients, also it helps a lot once the project is done
Simplicity.. Flexibility to add customs fields Great documentation to explain features
Inability to schedule data export The Gmail integration is not good enough.. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. lack of integration with others tools (JIRA, similarweb, RiskScreen, etc)
track opportunities, customer segmenation
Easy to use, all customer dats is in one place and easy to find and update
Need more tutorials for running reports. Be nice if phone calls could be logged automatically
All email communications are captured with Copper
I use the Customer, People, and the Task features. It helps me organize my trips to visit customers and keep current on tasks.
I don't like that the activity type defaults to phone call. I would like to be able to set the default. I would also like to set a certain time of day as a default and unable to do so. It would be great to be able to add document to specific tasks instead of just the Customer. I do not need the lead and opportunities in my business and would like to be able to hide those feature if I want. Sometimes it confuses my new team members.
Some of the key benefits is being able prepare my customer visits and map link that takes me right to them. The task feature helps me do followups and make sure things are not falling through the cracks. I utilize it to pull data to spreadsheets so I can them manipulate the information for my needs.
Copper provides an intuitive platform to keep track of Sales and Business Development opportunities for my organization. I have used many of the other 'major' CRM's in the past and appreciate the simplicity of Copper.
Integration with GMail at times often feels a bit clunky and does not seem to work properly. Analytics and sales data could also be improved.
It is an easy to use, no-frills CRM that allows me to easily manage and keep track of all my sales opportunities and client information data. Logging tasks is easy and takes next to no time.
Copper has a clean way of providing structure for each segment within the opportunity realm. I like the tracking capabilities of Copper as well!
If possible, I would appreciate more integration within copper to be able to minimize the number of apps or platforms needed across pipeline and outreach work.
The problems I face are easily answered within the chat function that Copper provides.
