Dynamic and interactive reports can be created with out of the box dashboards configuration I would suggest to at least have a demo of your requirement once if you choosing a CRM or an automation tool for an organisation

Creatio is very powerful, housing many different useful functions and tools that track sales and customer data. When it comes to analytics, Creatio offers numerous options to display data that fits most, if not all, of our needs. Our company really likes the "activities" tab/feature of the platform. We use this heavily to plan out visits, appointments, repairs, etc. The platform also does a good job performance wise on both desktop and mobile environments. Having the mobile option is nice as it allows sales personnel in the field (Salesmen, Merchandisers, Drivers, etc) to use the platform via mobile devices, in contrast to a desktop only environment.
While this isn't much of a downside, here is one thing to note if you are a team or person new to Creatio: If you're taking on a role at your company as a Creatio admin, at first it may take a little bit to get used to the system and comprehend it fully. Creatio is a platform with a lot of uses and features, so naturally there is going to be learning involved to get a good understanding of the system. Nonetheless, Creatio provides numerous documents, articles, trainings, and FAQ's that help greatly with using, learning, and administering the platform.
Scheduling: Creatio gave us a proper and efficient means of scheduling work related tasks. Helps us to manage availability, schedule meetings/visits, and general work tasks. This is great as is behaves as a central hub for sales employees to manage their workdays to prevent potential scheduling conflicts, mishaps, and issues. Data/Analytics: Using Creatio has allowed us to view sales and customer data efficiently. Information updates in real time, which allows for less on-demand upkeep and the viewing of real-time data, trends, and history. This allows for us to make educated sales decisions and strategies. Customer Management: Creatio allows us to manage and view our entire customer base. Creatio also assists in adding new accounts to our roster.
This software has significantly elevated the productivity levels among our entire team. It has efficiently streamlined the merging of our various projects, regardless of the physical distance separating our remote team members. Creatio is a great platform to handle Marketing, Sales, and Service. What I like the most about it is how easy it is to personalize dashboards and processes ourselves within seconds or minutes without depending on IT to help us move forward. Creatio provides all the tools we need in a CRM system. Implementation is a breeze with their no code platform which is easy to use and allows for quick updates. The level of customer service is truly one every company should strive towards. The team is knowledgeable and willing to listen to suggestions on how to improve.
Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that requires immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package.

Creatio is a critical part of our day to day business operations. It is used heavily by our team and it is vital that it is always availble and working as intended. The reliability of Creatio is so pivital and they excel at this.
The upgrades that Creatio make have a mixed benefit. While it means there are lots of new features and functionality, things we put in place a long time ago are possibly no longer the best implementation. This results in either using an outdated implentation or spending the time to update what we have in place. Just about everything flows well between versions in terms of interoperability though.
Management of support tickets. Integration with thrid party APIs to help streamline our processes. It acts as our customer database and is a key part of our record keeping system. Our support and service teams deal with a large flow of emails and everything moves through Creatio. It would be impossible to control everything without it.
Studio Creatio simplifies and streamlines our software development lifecycle. It makes debugging, testing, and deployment process so much easier. This tool provides access to the information about the apps created and their development. I can even revert to previous versions, which I love.

We had a rising demand for digital transformation, as an enterprise company we faced the challenge of not having enough skilled developers. Studio Creatio helped us solve this problem and now we have people from different business units that can now easily jump into the project and, for example, build and automate the needed process.
For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes.
There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. A translation of the user interface into German is available, but incomplete, so that additional work had to be done here.
We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.
Creatio's low-code/no-code capabilities make it possible to gain autonomy and efficiency, projects that used to take months are now completed in weeks or even days. The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.
