Creatio is much easier to use and configure than Salesforce, which is the CRM we had been using previously. My interface is also cleaner - I only have fields that I actually use vs. hundreds of lines that take up the page but that I couldn't get rid of because Salesforce wouldn't let me customize my page.
I've had a really positive experience so far but the one area of improvement I'd say is to embed dynamic search within the search bar. I now have to type out the entire account name in order to bring it up vs. just a few characters. This is simply a matter of convenience for me.

Having tried many CRM systems before we love how easy and intuitive this app is. It's really easy to setup and administer. Business process management capabilities work perfectly well for our process-driven organization.
