- Fast, friendly and open communication via e-mail. Ginevra and Julian are outstanding people - Personalised support and demo with the right length - Lightweight use, easy to get started and import data - Excellent onboarding
- Limited direct integrations (e.g. Shopify, Finance software). This was partly why we ended up choosing Pipedrive since it integrates better with our ERP system (Exact) - As far as I'm aware there are limited visual features (e.g. sales dashboards and pipelines to draw insights from and create visual reports)
- Creating order out of chaos for the sales team, resulting in more headspace and time for strategic thinking - Increasing efficiency by automating basic sales task including (personalised) e-mails and lead sourcing
It's easy to get started. You can import your contacts from other sources, and folk CRM will automatically deduplicate and enrich them. It's customizable. You can create custom fields, groups, and workflows to meet your specific needs and the UI is very easy to use. It's collaborative. You can share contacts, deals, and tasks with other team members. it easy to integrates with a variety of other tools, such as gmail, outlook ... etc

use one application for sales , HR and purchace department which improve communication and reduce errors also it have a very nice UI which makes user life easier
