Sometimes we got the issue that on the Deals Page, we don't get the numbers. Each and every time we have to enter into the particular lead to get the contact number.
We are using it to manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Starting from getting the lead till we convert it to a closure, we use to record all the details, interactions, and quotations, in this CRM. It helps to prioritize based on the different stages, which can customize as per our requirements. Overall a great sales management tool.

It has many features, and it is a bit difficult to be an expert because it has many very complicated functionalities, but it is an excellent plan for every type of business company. FreshSales is a handy programmer to plan and control our project because we can easily add all tasks, manage all types of projects, and maintain and manage our human resources.
One thing I don’t like about this software is that it does not allow us to share the file with others to establish a collaborative planning effort, and it is also missing quite a bit of feature compared to its competitors. It is good in project management implementation but cannot provide a communication channel between people because its chat windows lag a lot between communication and real-time forums, and it can take a lot of time to update.
FreshSales is one of the best cloud-based project management software, and it has been beneficial for us in managing and tracking all the progress for this project. It is excellent as all the work team under my charge because it is integrated to the use, and we can be synchronized under the same objectives of the institution.

WOW, they solve a lot. They are a one-stop shop for small business owners that need a complete marketing and sale engagement solution. Benefits are cold emailing, sales engagement sending out emails with my own email account that is already verified to limit bounces, unsubscribes and more emails reaching the inboxes of my prospects and clients.

Nil. So far FS has been very user friendly. Technical assistance is within reach when required. Technical staff is friendly and technically trained.
