HubSpot offers a huge value as you can selecte the pieces of the puzzle you most need to hang off of their free hub. It is flexible and powerful. I like it much more than the CRM from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.
I have yet to find any downsides to HubSpot Sales Hub.
Tracking, facilitating, and communicating

While we appreciate the many benefits of HubSpot Sales Hub, like any tool, it's not without its challenges. One area we've found to be a bit tricky is the learning curve, especially for new team members. The platform offers a wealth of features, and while they're powerful, it can take some time for users to fully grasp and leverage them effectively. Another consideration is that the pricing structure may be a bit on the higher side for smaller businesses with tighter budgets. It's important to carefully evaluate the features against the cost to ensure it aligns with your specific needs and financial considerations. Occasionally, we've encountered minor glitches in the system, which can be a bit frustrating. However, it's worth noting that HubSpot is typically proactive about addressing these issues and providing updates. In the end, while there are a few aspects that may pose initial challenges, we've found that the overall benefits outweigh the drawbacks. The key is to invest the time in understanding the platform and to stay engaged with HubSpot's support resources to make the most out of the tool.
HubSpot Sales Hub has been instrumental in addressing several key challenges within our sales processes. One notable issue it tackles is the need for streamlined communication and collaboration among team members. The platform's centralized hub allows for seamless coordination, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and contributing to a more efficient workflow. Lead management has also significantly improved with HubSpot Sales Hub. The platform's intuitive tools help us organize and track leads throughout the entire sales funnel. This has resulted in a more structured and data-driven approach, enabling us to prioritize leads effectively and focus our efforts on the most promising opportunities. Automation is another area where HubSpot Sales Hub shines. By automating repetitive tasks and setting up email sequences, our team can dedicate more time to strategic activities. This not only increases productivity but also enhances the personalization of our outreach, leading to more meaningful connections with prospects. The detailed analytics and reporting features provided by HubSpot Sales Hub have been invaluable. They give us a clear view of our sales performance, allowing us to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of our strategies, and make informed decisions to continuously optimize our approach. In summary, HubSpot Sales Hub is solving critical issues related to communication, lead management, automation, and analytics. The result is a more cohesive and data-driven sales process that empowers our team to work smarter and achieve better results.
Personnalized email sequence automation is really helpful for outreach.
a next button to go to the next lead would be great
the sales automation and outreach.
Very easy to use and it is also a friendly user. Files are secure. You can create your own task and schedule. You can monitor if your email was viewed or not so you can follow-up for updates.
As of now, I cannot see any downside of it.
I can now monitor my emails. I can schedule a task. I can also schedule an email which will be sent for later so not forget it.
o like that many people can share and work within same trasaction, it helps to organize work. it help integrating many departments of corporation.
Too many notifications from hubspot in mailbox and on slack
It organizes my many transactions in time, and eases information flow between me and next step of closing transaction.
Hubspot Sales has a range of brilliant, useful simple tools. The task tool is particularly useful for remembering to follow up with customers. I'm a huge fan of the prospecting/activity feed too... the ease of just clicking one button to see all those people who have interacted with emails! Alll of the features are easy to use with no complexity to it.
There's not much to dsilike about Hubspot,it has everything I need! I think a good thing would be to somehow iunegrate Hubspot with LinkedIn, I think a lot of users would be pleased to see this.
Hubspot Solves al;l of the complex problems that other CRM's have such as a simple layout, easy to navigate around. Hubspot benefits me with email tracking (being easy to see whos opened my emails) and clicked through). It benefits me being able to make lists and import important things.
It is one of the best CRMs that I have used till date because of the easy UI and customizable options. It is easily integratable and customer support is also excellent

Hubspot integration of our phone system allows me and my team to get to what matters most, meeting potential clients efficiently. The ability to email, call and text all on the same screen. Allow us to work easier and quicker to get to the important part, getting new business. The mobile app allows me to perform most tasks when I am not in my office and act quickly if it is a pressing matter.
Previously, some email providers would block emails with the tracking from Hubspot. This appears to have been corrected. Sometimes the integration with our SMS/phone partner the time recorded is incorrectly.
Connecting to potential clients, when they are most engaged and most interested. Also allows you to come back to your tasks easily and get back on track after any phone calls or meetings.
I have implemented HubSpot SalesHub at 5+ organizations now. While I review other options (Salesforce, Pipedrive in years past, etc.) HubSpot is always hands-down the winner. It's user paradigm is like Apple -- if you needed a manual, it would be too hard. It's all intuitive, and works just like it's supposed to. I have never had to do more than a cursory training for any of the teams. Moreover, when I do need to ask for help, teh support folks are generally fast and efficient. I could certainly do a whole lot more with reporting, dashbaords, and operations hub (I have not used ticketing, nor have I had the time to et deeper into chat/etc.) but for the core sales CRM - deal pipeline, flow, tracking, contracting and reporting - it's all worked well repeatedly. I use SalesHub all day every day, as does my team. It was super easy to integrate - we were up and running in under a day. I easily added more components (Quotes, Products, eSign) shortly after we were wup and running
* HubSpot's sales teams are clunky, segmented, and generally quite young and inexperienced. * Seems to be a lot of internal politics and fiefdoms in sales, customer success, etc. * Their CS teams have steadily gotten more and more stingy with their time and less "I am super happy and here to help" each year... in other words, the first time I implemented HubSpot and had a rock star CS person, it made everything easier... nowadays they seem to have made that all very process-driven and cookie-cutter (not awesome) It's also gotten WAY WAY more expensive, and that may be a problem shortly down the line. Still on balance, it's the best thing going.
Primary CRM, SFA and system of record for our entire sales process.... which is all integrated with marketing and operations. There is no reason to use Salesforce!
how easy is to create sequences and how simple it is to create and close attended meetings.
Nothing so far. The systems it is easy, intuitive and have all the tools I need to suceed.
It is helping me set meeting a lot easier, and it also helps me pim point who opens my emails and so I can decide who to call to book meetings.
The best part is their system and mobile app. I do not need to use my laptop to call or email and add new contacts. It is very convenient and smart. Never used such a great app. Thanks a lot Hubspot team for creating CRM which is very easy to use and which performs well.
I have never found any fault but I would say unsubscribing people and ability to sort by people contacted via call should be there.
Hubspot is solving our main problem of adding, calling, emailing and creating new client by using their CRM features, which are easy to use and implement.
HubSpot SalesHub is an easy interface. Love it.
Can be overwhelming. Lots of features to look at, sometimes dont know where to begin.
Sales Hub solves the problem of putting all my sales tasks in front of me in a super easy view each day.
Deal Pipelines is the best resource for me
I wish contacts auto updated with company record
Tracking and engaging prospective clients
I like that is very straight forward and simple to use. It provides an all in one solution for everything you need to do to prospect.
The one thing that could be improved upon is the opportunity attachment to all the contacts within hubspot.
Hubspot is keeping me organized and allowing me to stay on top of all my prospects.
Love how it keeps notes and leads well organized and gives details on numbers and reports
Not easy to sort in leads by city (which is what is mostly needed).
They are creating more filtering info and availability so it will become easier to work with it.
