The quality and the refinement for the product is out of the ordinary and sets a benchmark for competition
The email integration is slightly tricky especially when the conversation feature is used. It is bit confusing until it is understood fully.
We use it for capturing leads and interacting with them through email until they convert.
It has the best cost for the customer one of the cheapest B2B tool in market
Although there are several advantages to HubSpot Sales Hub, not everyone may find all of them to be agreeable. Certain consumers perceive the pricing to be somewhat exorbitant, particularly for startups or small firms. An additional frequent grievance is that novice users may find the system somewhat daunting. When you only need a simple screwdriver, it's like receiving a Swiss Army knife. Therefore, it's more a case of having too much of a good thing than a dislike.
An electronic Swiss Army knife for companies is what HubSpot Sales Hub is. Along with managing contacts and leads and offering analytics to monitor success, it facilitates the streamlining of sales operations. Centralised data has several advantages, one of which is that it simplifies the understanding and nurturing of leads by combining customer encounters.
Easy to Use Lead management is better features of integrating it with Google and other calling apps like Aircall and Aloware
If logging in process could be more easy to the User
Lead management
It is easy to use and allow useful integration apps/software
Possibility to change color labelas, maybe to tasks
Inegration, organizing and efficient workflows
Task Management, Email integration and tracking, Call integration, and many more.
As of now, I don't have anything that I Dislike about Hubspot sales.
Email integration and tracking are the features that are really benefiting us, which help us to know about the activity of the prospect and also help in further communication with them.
A lot of customising options available. Anything is possible with Hubspot. From variety of reports that can be published according to the needs of the company.
Calling from Hubspot requires you to create contacts each time and dialect function not available otherwise.
Sales and ease of tracking my sales activity.
Tracking - Knowing when they are opening my emails / SMS Feauture to allow me to reach them.
All the fields that I have to update after a contact. Time consuming and having to keep learning more... Wish it was like a phone here - USE IT.
Data Storage / Record Keeping / Reports / Sales / Appointments / Calls - Organizing a very unorganized Sales Person
So for me, since I'm in SAAS a lot of my work involves prospecting, It is a great prospecting tool and it really helps keep you on routine and in check when it comes to follow up's and making sure that you're on top of a prospect with the help of sequences. And the email automation just makes sense! Customer support is super on point, I love how I can get in touch with someone from the HS team immediately on chat. Upsides: Keeps you on track with prospects Helps you automate emails and tasks The activity monitor helps you track your performance.
The least helpful is the mobile app limitation, but it does feel less feature-rich and user-friendly. So for me, the Frequency of use is a little low on the application. Another drawback is the fact that you can't add companies to a sequence and you have to add the contact. For me, my contacts are imported as companies and I have to go into the company and add the contact into the sequence. Which is a bit tasking but can be worked around.
So in my role HubSpot helps me with: Managing my leads Automating my sales through pro active reach outs Building my pipeline Email tracking and sequences personalizing my sales outreach
It's easy to understand and ask for help when needed
Genuinely nothing at the moment it's a great tool for sales
Keeping data in a more streamlined approach.
For the timebeing i see all is perfect, very clear
TO be honest all is perfect, nothing i can state is negative or i dislike
It's help to know and filter my leads very easy, and i quick and simple steps
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is very easy to navigate. It's features are very useful for my daily work routine. I believed it is integrated with systems that are user-friendly so that no matter the frequency to check all the details of the leads there is alway an avenue to edit and correct the information necesssary for the leads.
I think I would say an opportunity to improve for the Hubspot Sales Hub is that there are areas that can no longer be edited once it is overlooked upon entering the details of the leads. One of the example is the Lead Source Detail so whenever it is unfilled then what's going to happen there is no more way to put the information to it.
I would say whenever there is an email thread following to a lead. It is easy to monitor the progress as to the status of the leads.
I like that I can email our customers direclty from within hubspot and how I can have tons of different templates for each email. I also love the chat feature hubspot has!
I think hubspot could do a better job with sales analytics to help track conversion, etc.
I think they are trying to do a better job with their metric system. I noticed they added in a few features - such as showing how many clicks/ views per email template.
I love the fact that tasks make my work flow so easily to organize my day. Without it, I don't know how I would keep in touch with so many prospects and clients.
I wish there was a better way that I could automate my day to make it so I can create tasks flows when there are normal patterns in my contacts with those in my funnel.
The problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub is staying in touch with our database on a constant basis. The benefits that I have realized is by being persistent in my communication speaks volumes to my success.
I like the ease of creating contacts, the app integrations for calling, the templates, and the option to create and modify meeting links, and there are too many things to count. I want to say something negative but they roll out features and updates that people can get behind.
Really can't think of something I dislike.
The option to reach out to many prospects seemlessly
Sales Hub is designed for sales reps to have the tools they need to perform the best-- and to make their jobs easier. Too often, some of the old-school CRM platforms are perceived by reps as a tool they are forced to use to roll up data. Also, because Sales Hub includes simple quote generation, price books, playbooks, sales analytics, and cadences all in one place, it is far more usable than disparate systems. And finally, updates and new features are frequently added for free, so you log in and get nice little surprises.
I don't dislike anything about Sales Hub, but I look forward to more sophistication in reporting.
Hubspot gives our team a full suite of sophisticated tools, makes our reps more effective and happier, and enables us to scale our functionality as we grow.
Hubspot has been adding products every single day! I just got back from inbound fest Hubspot show. Wow can't wait to see what comes next!
Everything interesting is behind a paywall. The fremium gets annoying
Managing our business
The simplicity of calling and sending emails. It gives me the ability to reach out to more prospective customers
Read emails can mean that I accidentally clicked on the sent email myself.
Quick way of seeing who is viewing our content
I like Hubspot as it makes my sales process automated. I can track my team performance quickly using HubSpot.
Although I didnot find anything that i dislike abou hubspot but the pricing is a bit expencive.
Before using hubspot tracking saless and followups are nightmare for me now while using hupstop its become easier for me
Managing emails, and calls and keeping track of all activities.
Call quality might be low and break up sometimes.
Keeping track of my deals, notes, leads and calls
Task list/worklist makes it very easy to follow up w people I had conversations with weeks ago that otherwise I have no idea how you would track
When you are in the deals tab and you click into a tab and back it does not save the screen to just my deals
following up with prospects and training my pipeline
