Jotform is very intuitive, have an easy to use drag and drop interface, and offers a rich set of templates and customizable options based on business needs.It integrates well with payment processors, and CRMs, which is a big superpower for any business. They offer free plan, which is a great option for us to try it out first.

Jotform delays responses to customer's queries sometimes, which is a major drawback of its. Moreover, features belonging to premium plans seems a little underwhelming for a price they charge.

Jotform offers an interactive and super easy to use drag and drop interface to make online form builders, from absolutely no cost for me. I have incorporated Jotform forms in the feedback survey conducted during checkout in hotel business, and it becomes super convenient for me to track customer's feedback. Moreover, customers are able to use it on phone as it being mobile responsive as well.

Most other form creating apps and solutions have pricey freemium models, while Jotform provides tonnes of value right from the free forever plan. I plan to use this service for the long time to come.

Perhaps make the interface more beautiful. Aesthetics do play a part in making a form beautiful and fun to fill out too.

Couldn't say I do have any dislikes! If I have ever encountered an issue, customer service has always been there to answer and provide a resolution relatively quickly.

I found Jotform long ago when I was looking for a simple form designer. The pricing was competitive, and the ease of designing forms was convenient and intuitive. Since then, JotForm has fully fleshed out its product to include many new elements while improving the visual UI/UX dashboard experience tremendously - and keeping the pricing reasonable.

With all of the other improvements that Jotform developed, I was hoping they would refresh the Classic Form builder. I imagine they want people to use the "Card Form" more, but the Classis Form and the "Advanced Designer" function shouldn't get left behind.

One arm of our business is in the travel industry, and we value the feedback of the guests who stay at our property. Jotform makes the surveys easy to create (1), easy to view for guests (2), and easy to analyze afterwards (3).

I love how it allows you to create professional (and customizable) sign up forms. It makes it easy to create different packages and charge different price points. It can collect payment right in the form, so once a person hits "submit," they are officially signed up for our event, taking a lot of the legwork out of traditional sign up forms.

They only allow a certain number of payments through their sign up form per month before they ask you to pay. While I do understand this, the cost per year was a bit much for us. We have kept the free plan as we only do a couple events needing sign ups per year, but for a company that does many events the cost would be worth it. I would appreciate it if they added a "small use" feature, where we could pay for 2 events per year with unlimited payments. That I would willingly pay for, but it wasn't worth it to us to do an entire year when we are not an event-based business. If you are, I would not hesitate to recommend Jotform.

Jotform simplified making a professional and customizable form. We could use our own photos in the background and for drop down menus. I use this at my photography company for photos with Santa and photos with the Easter Bunny. It was easy to customize packages and we are able to take payment directly through Jotform. We also were able to set up "time slots" for people to pick. Once payment was made, that time slot would show unavailable, which also prevents us from double booking and upset customers!

The range of things one can achieve using Jot Forms and it's widgets is just mind blowing. From basic CRM, to sales, to suveys, post sale feedbacks, reporting every key aspect of a small business can be esily managed!

For me, the form sometimes used to crash. Also the pricing was a bit high, maybe not for the western markets but for the country I am in, which is a very price sensitive market, the price is a bit steep.

Moving from managing my business on excel to a more organised based system, Jot Form made it a cake walk for me. I could list all my products , collect payments and send out emails to customers!

I love the sleek and professional look of the forms. They are so customizable and user-friendly, both as the admin preparing the form and a viewer filling out the form. The templates provide a great starting point. I feel like I only used a small fraction of the fields available - there are so many more uses for these forms that I'm excited to learn more about.

In my forms, viewers are submitting artwork for review. Each viewer can submit between 1-10 artworks, and the form fields are the same for each artwork. For artists who only want to submit one artwork, they have to click "next" about 50 times or scroll a long way before they get to the end of the form. It would be great if the fields for each artwork could be grouped into an expandable set (so they have 10 expandable sets instead of 50 individual questions), or somehow viewers could indicate upfront how many artworks they'd like to submit. It would also be great if there were conditionally required answers - ie, a title is required for every artwork, but I can't mark each of the 10 "title" fields as required since it's only required for the number of artworks they want to submit (which may be less than 10).

Typical artwork submission platforms are very expensive and the admin support, while helpful, is typically minimal on our shows. Nothing that internal staff couldn't handle. It is not feasible for us to have a free Exhibition Submission opportunity through a typical platform because we would pay a huge administrative fee. Also, the submission fields are way less customizable through our current provider, and the look and feel is not as contemporary. The pricing for JotForm is much more reasonable, you can't beat the great look, the fields are extremely customizable, and my whole team can use the account for their various form needs (which aren't always artwork submissions).
