The KissFlow process diagram is very powerful. It helps us convert our flow diagrams into actionable steps with owners. This enables our team to behave more consistently with less effort.
In our small team everyone wants to be able to check on the status of any and every project. Only the person who initiated a flow an track it's progress across tasks. It would be great if the whole team had access to task progress.
We are trying to standardize and systematize our business processes. It is shocking how many "simple" things can rapidly involve many people and simple checklists are not good enough. KissFlow helps capture everyone's involvement then manage the work flow.
Easy of use. Tremendous customer support. Kabeer is a rock star! I don't know if their customer support teams ever sleep!

Not a lot to dislike, I wish the product had better mobile app support. They are constantly improving the mobile experience though, So this might be fixed pretty soon.
KiSSFLOW helps organize our internal workflows such as ordering new parts, managing employee leave policy etc. KiSSFLOW is also a great tool for people integration. On-boarding new employees and enabling existing employees conform to the requirements of HR and other internal processes are greatly facilitated by KiSSFLOW.
Its simple to navigate and it can be integrated with other apps easily
The time zone in Kissflow is particularly important, especially when downloading the reports yet the kiss flow time is not froma different zone.
Long email and using so many trackers to truck cases
System is quite intuiltive and userfrendly. You my prepare also complex forms, detailed workflow steps and dependences. Comapre to competitors licence model is easy and acepptable. Support is fast and efficient.
Export could be improved now we may export to csv only. If you attach to the form eg pdf there is no option print form including attached pdf.
We may process various workflows form Ecpense Claim to SAP Orders approval. Processing is intuitive, easy and fast.
Best thing about kissflow is the UI configuration part. Almost all controls are configurable in minutes. Workflow design is simplest one.
Custom validations and include some complex calculations are bit difficult. For ex. Adding some logic in calculation.
I personally raised few bugs on Kissflow. All those fixed. For ex. Pivot table in Reports and Image upload using camera in mobile. Those bugs are identified by me.
Kissflow is a highly customizable workflow management solution, Can be practically used to multiple practical day purposes within an organisation.
Initial set up for integrations has a learning curve, But post which setting up newer flow is a very simple
Order Management with additional steps like KYC verification, Order Tracking, and Post order delivery flows. Since each step of our user's journey during onboarding is handled by various departments. Kissflow helped us solve the problem with their swimlane format of order processing.
Easy to create and manage workflows. Advanced Automation of all processes is easy to set up. I cannot imagine how you manage workflows without this software.
The interface and dashboard need some tweaking to make more sense, but it is not bad overall. I would also like to see a better Admin portal to manage the software.
All company workflows that involve multiple parties can now work together to complete processes much quicker and accurately. You can track your workflow process efficiently, and you can create deadlines to stick to SLA.

This is an ideal platform to establish constant workflow in the company and obtain administration tools for optimal management of business processes. It provides tools and functions that simplify much of the work through automation. It is easy to use, it has a good interface, it is intuitive, clean and organized, which allows you to navigate without problems. It covers the needs of the company, since it is cloud-based, it allows users to send and approve from anywhere and also to track progress. We are happy with the objectives achieved.
We have not presented any problem or inconvenience, our experience has been satisfactory. It is easy to use, easy to access and the application has features that we have been able to make the most of to increase our productivity. However they should improve the way to divide content areas for assignment tasks, this is a suggestion that could increase user performance within the software.
We use Kissflow in our company to optimize business processes, it also provides the entire sales team with setup and credit information from potential customers for review. We have a greater workflow of human resources, finance and administration, saving time, effectiveness and efficiency thanks to the tools and functions that the platform offers us. It has good API support, also mobile applications are very good and allow access from anywhere, it is easy to customize and we must highlight the support that it has since they are responsible, they have the disposition to help and solve the problem quickly.

The ease of setting up workflows for our school has been wonderful.
I haven't found much I don't like about Kissflow. Reliable and easy to use always.
Group room reservations. Onboard new staff for our IT department to automatically open a help desk ticket to trickle down the process.
KissFlow is a flexible tool for our events reporting and we adopt it to all input and output data.
Actually none, just some upgrading in the future.

It allows us to make decision-making site applications approvals. Also, we can keep the replies to every task at the rate of the clients required by means of an application and we can even push alerts. I really like the latest design integration, which enables locating the tasks and items for an end user, and it also allows us to have some application stability.
Since our current system needs a client to be on the network, it's hard for these functions to fix activities that contribute to bottlenecks. Also, the list for selections shows itself as a popup window, but I would rather it would be shown as a full page. And I would like to see all the functions on the phone app, particularly management tools, that the desktop version does have.
KissFlow is currently used in my company as a workflow solution for various multistage choices and multi-stage processes. We also discovered a variety of ways to simplify our procedures from capital contracts to travel applications. This tool provides our development and research system with a high level of integrity and successful handling of transfers between the many staff.
From HR view, we can easier to push information like: - Set target KPI for employee to follow the target line. - Renew the contract for employee for new year. - Easier to submit information to HR for travel expense...
- Hard for report HR view that this month, next month, ... how many employee on leave, on renewal process, ... - Need to manual take the report from system, don't have any options to do that.

- Simple in reporting. - Setup repeat remind which can help assistant most, because some VIP will have to much email daily which cause they can miss the email from Kissflow. - Backup solution for file/ form...
- Employee can easily update/ upload/ raise,... the form as follow internal controller by Kissflow BPM. - Tranformation from physical document to digital documents. As speed up flow can increase to double or triple times.
I like how it is easy to set up and manage processes and push out to our employees. It is also very easy along with making changes to the workflow as you go.
I would like to see a auto-update option to automatically nudge or remind the user of the assigned user requests. The design of the dashboard I would like to see it more business-like.
Our work team varies with day-time office employees and field employees who work days and evenings. We have been able to solve problems of misplaced information and bad communication with Kissflow. We used to rely on e-mail.
-Compatible with wide range of workflows or processes (We used the kissflow with the HR, finance and administration units/departments. The available apps are very good and useful) -Good workflow definition (One of the major concerns in our type of work is the separation of duties. Kissflow allowed dealing with this issue effectively).
-Complexity to some extent (It required us to allocate a notable amount of time to go live and to design the forms or workflows - We expected that the kissflow is more flexible than the current status) -Difficulty to build the forms/flow) It required a good technical background to have the ability to build the required form/process) -Exporting the forms with a feasible printable format (One major issue in our field of work is the compliance with donors or partners requirement. Some of them required us to have all the processes printed with all details. We couldn't achieve this with the available platform. -The mobile application (We faced many cases that the mobile application did not work - Accessibility to the mobile application through push notifications did not work well in all times) -The server is slow a little bit (We faced some difficulties related to the server in designing long forms. This needs more attention to prevent any possible downs.)
-Automating the workflows/processes particularly in HR, admin and finance. -Decreasing the required time to finalize and a close a particular form/workflow. -It worked well and ensured a good workflow between different departments/units that may be involved in a particular process. -The cost effectiveness is acceptable in comparison with other vendors.
I like how simple it is to create logical relationship without the need to explicitly code. Some of our employees with no coding background are still able to create an app successfully through Kissflow.
With the increase in Kissflow usage in our company, the site is always buffering, causing delay in filling out forms and thus overall process cycle time is affected. There are also times wherein Kissflow is not responsive when progressing through the flow, or when submitting the form. As an analyst, we have not yet explored integrating Kissflow data with our cloud/server databases, so what we are currently using the web api to retrieve data from Kissflow. This is a bit of a hassle since the usage of our apps is high.
It eases approval and ticketing system in almost all departments of an organization. This eliminates handling time, and waste of paper resources. Also, through the forms, we were able to collect data on relevant transaction statistics, as well as to provide process improvements (through decrease in lead times) by comparing app performances.
In the Kissflow there is easy and clear interface. There are specified buttons and using is intuitive. Every action is well described. Moreover, if I would need help there is a useful and helpful support team. They are nice and answer all questions.
There are some problems with processes, all steps must be done before closing the project. There should be a possibility to skip the steps if something is i.e. not approved.
We are working on a few projects where the information flow is really important. Kissflow helps us to storage all needed data.
