I wish A better User Interface -more modern look and feel would be Nice but trust a believe the engine on the bad boy Is Like a rolls Royce

It's such an innovative tool that catches your attention immediately. It's like putting a virtual friendly assistant to welcome your clients into your website. It somehow brings your content to life and makes it memorable.

Sometimes it crashes or lags, I guess it depends on the OS of the user. It happened to us that some of our leads couldn't finish our survey because of this, but we contacted the support team and they showed a lot of effort to solve this.

It gives the user a memorable experience, it makes ugly boring surveys to become a game. This way I feel like I can connect in a more personal and relaxed way with my customers.

You can solve a lot of "problems" and even skip the need to create a website just using landbot. I think conversations are more genuine. I love the integrations as well.

Sometimes the mobile version or even the desktop may fail, which is not a good thing if you're using this for lead generations.

Analytics are very easy to use allowing you to analyse at which point a user drops out of the quiz. This is extremely helpful as it lets you know if you are asking the wrong questions or maybe even getting at the wrong audience! I also like the way that the Landbot developer tools flow. You can get very creative with how you make your Landbot and send users down a huge collection of different paths, only for them all to end up at the same point further down the line.

Sometimes I get a little mixed up with how many click I have done on a quiz and how many clicks a user has done! I also sometimes get a little annoyed that I cannot embed Landbot in an e-mail however, I understand that this is out of Landbot's control.

We are solving the problem we used to face with e-mails. Using Landbot we can reach out to people on Twitter and gain leads very easily. We are also solving problems we used to face with finding out information about customers, Using Landbot we can subtly find out things about users by asking brief and to the point questions- this then allows us to change what we are doing to accommodate our potential customers.

You can easily build a bot with lot of interactions and many options in order to create a special bot ! The support is very fast and cool :) Well done guy !

Messenger bot doesn't have a good behaviour, the integration is so weird ! Then, I'd like to get more webinar in order to improve myself and becoming an expert on landbot

Website are dry/boring places to visit. Landbot gives us the ability to provide the equivalent of a shop assistant to help people discover our value.

I use Landbot to collect information from clients so that I can automate services to them as much as possible. I love that it has the feel of messaging, without the option for the client to type things when I don't want them to. It also has the benefit of not feeling overwhelming (unlike many surveys where you see a page of questions or that it's 5 pages long). All this simplicity with the ability to use logic and pass hidden fields and connects to Zapier makes it perfect for my needs.

I wish it was more obvious to the end user how to back up to change a prior answer. Currently it's just an arrow (and on mobile the arrow is at the bottom of the page). My client demographic is 55+ and I would prefer that it be clearer.

Using Landbot I'm able to engage cold traffic easily. People like to take quizzes and I'm able to increase my engagement with my leads and clients.

Simple to use, easy to setup, nice web-hooks if you want to do more fancy things.

I wouldn't say much - I do wish it were easier to to TCPA compliance issues and integrations but this isn't just Landbot. Haven't found anything (botwise) that makes TCPA easy.

Ease of development, beautiful UX/UI and the responsive landing pages look great. A few days effort with this tool can turn any novice to a conversational chatbot developer. Finally, to top it all excellent support from the company.

Not multi-platform. So one has to redo the bot all over again to publish in Messenger and WhatsApp. Whatsapp is restricted to only one provider Waboxapp. The total absence of NLP is felt at times!

One can design beautiful conversational landing pages and a great lead generation tool. Can even be a substitute for Apps. By integrating to the back-end database, I was able to develop even concierge services.

Very easy to implement a complex bot without any programming skills or very fews

The new version of Landbot (BRICKS) answer a lot of my problematic, but for now I don't know if Landbot schedule to move the old flow to BRICKS. If we need to remake all the flow every time that Landbot updates this software, it can be painful when you have a very complex bot. We invest also a lot for connecting the API to my database, but in the manual Landbot let's know the customer that it can change. For us, I'd be terrible because it means that we will need to update every webhook and we have a lot in my complex bot... To make a summary, nothing that I dislike for now, but just I hope that I wont need to implement again and again, every time that something change in Landbot.

How easy it is to figure out and how fun it is to get started. Then when and if you decide to do something more complex, they have really great support.

Really have to nit-pick here. Seriously. So far, I think there might need to be some work done on enabling bot scale and performance. I could be wrong but based on limited data under some rare conditions like heavy and unpredicted simultaneous users we experience some bot performance issues.

I am solving the problem of what to do when you have a cell phone that you'd like to sell in the fastest most passive way possible. Simply chat a bot, check your mail, send in the phone with our packaging and get paid.

I love that it's got a really appealing design, very very easy to set up, good free plan, and lots of options to customize and share your bot. Also has options for Messenger and Whatsapp bots, but this is paid. I really, really like this product, we started getting leads pretty quickly.

Literally nothing. I could not ask for more for a bot - at least with the free plan. Can't think of any cons.

I'm using Landbot to capture leads from the company blog. And it works better than, say, pop-ups. We've had it for a couple weeks and we have leads already. It also helps to qualify leads.

Landbot is solving very large problem , when i'm asleep and user came and he/she needs help then the landbot is ready to help it all the time it doesn't matter which time it is .

We have used many chatbot platforms/builders, but Landbot is one of the best so far. The clean interface, a lot of integrations, and the drag and drop bot builder is the best. I am not a Dev, but still, I can able to build bots on my own, and integrate it on our platform without any coding, just like plug and play.

The chat window can be improved a little more, sometimes, the chat icon is showing out of the website layout, and the mobile experience can be improved. Otherwise the platform and the customer support is good.

Its interface isn't beginner friendly at first you need time to understand the layout of website. The canvas also get's messy. More introduction to features could be given at first login of user

As agency I manage multiple bot and chat, It would be nice to select a few of them and move all together in a workspace created; In other tools I do not need to have the Google Maps API Key
