Their team (especially Rahul, Dharmesh and Surya) are extremely helpful not just in resolving bugs but also in implementation (connecting with platform's backend), fixing templates and more. Given their competitive market pricing, it's a no brainer tool to invest in.

A few features could be improved - whether it be providing version history for templates, autosave, and more. Also send time optimization would be amazing to have!

Simply put - it reduces a ton of friction the users would face otherwise. If you want them to send in an agenda before the meeting, instead of asking them to login our platform and type, they can just type and submit it in the email and we update it. This makes activation a whole lot easier!
