As a Network and Affiliate marketer Marketing I using mostly ChatBot to get connected and to get more partners and clients. With Manychat I am very satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone who wants to have power in hes business .

It's very easy to build a chatbot with Manychat. You can start building your flows very fast and there are also many ways to publish and and 'spread" your bot. I like the fact that there's a "Basic Builder" and a "Flow Builder", making it easy for everyone to start building their bot. The support is also great, anytime I needed help there was someone available to help me!
You can use some features only on a premium account which is not ideal if you want to test something if it's working before you go premium. Some features like "user input", which in my opinion is standard for a chatbot, cannot be used on a Free Account.
Automating messenger communication and creating different competitions for my clients. The main benefit from any other marketing campaign tool is the direct response from the users and also the option to follow up with them.
ManyChat is so versatile and comprehensive in its ability to do anything I need it to. So far no matter what problem I have in the sequence of conversations with the customer, ManyChat has a way to resolve it. I think the best aspect of ManyChat is the ability to connect to outside API's or applications and record events at any point in my flows. This alone allows for some very complicated problem solving and intelligent flow construction based on customer responses.
ManyChat is so robust, however, If I had to pick something here, it would be a flow auto arrange button. It would be nice if ManyChat offered an "auto-sort" function to take my flows mismatched and crossed lines and auto arrange it for me.
We are solving so many issues for e-commerce sellers across all marketplace channels. From product launches to driving more sales and reviews. We utilize Manychat every day and have come up with so many uses for it. Our Amazon sellers love us for it!

We've encountered some specific browser-based issues that required us to switch browsers to more effectively develop our chatbot flows, but these weren't too significant. Overall, there are very few things about the platforms that we dislike and most of them haven't been too problematic for our digital agency.
