My organisation has been using moosend over 4 months now and I would say it's best when it comes to price, support and reporting such as heatmap, email alerts, and ofcourse their templates! We are with their 2000 subscribers plan and soon we will be upgrading to 5000 subscribers plan. Keep up the good work team!

Satisfied overall, but minor inconvenience with default "Name" field. Moosend addresses EU requirements, limiting certain functions. Occasional bounce issues temporarily disabled the account, promptly resolved by Moosend.

The editor is easy to use, and very customizable. The support feature is great, and I always got feedback within minutes. Pricing is also the best out there in my opinion. Love the scale based on subscribers. Overall I would highly recommend.

I didn't love that I had to add First Name and Last Name as fields, as they only had "Name" in there. You can hide the "Name" field and display your custom ones, which helped solve the problem though. They are working on EU requirements. It doesn't allow for cold emailing like the U.S. does. I'm not a huge fan of cold emailing, but there are times when we needed to send out email blasts to all of our clients who hadn't previously subscribed. There was an issue with some bounces that resulted in disabling the account for a short time, but they worked quickly to resolve it.

The ease of use in building email templates. I love that you can edit so easily and create landing pages easily as well. The A/B testing really helped us adjust how we email!

Moosend is an exceptionally easy to use and intuitive site to use, and at a fraction of the cost of other providers. We have list management and tags that can be set up and the template creation is easy to use too.

I haven't yet figured out how to add a custom unsubscribe link to the bottom of the email and do not really like the look of the default one. It would also be great if there were more fonts available for use.

Moosend allows us to send custom, mass emails to our students and families. We are able to communicate with our families by grade, whole school or even just to our faculty. This gives us a far more professional feel than the CRM system we use internally.
