As a person who tends to use academic software I was happy to find OnePageCRM accessible and easy to use.
It requires me to use an incognito window when using the Chrome browser. Also I have found I am unable to cut and paste across emails - maybe I should talk to the help desk about this?

Ease of use. This was a great entry level program for our team. The task focused section was great for an entry level SMB team
Reporting features lacked the need requirements. We needed much more detailed reports in order to grow and scale our business. Saleforce allows for better reporting but ultimately we'll need to go w a company like insight squared

Wish there was a batter way to access contacts after sorting
Finding out contact info quickly and storing documents with those contacts
The ability to que up all upcoming tasks and bulk move tasks as need (e.g. conference weeks, etc)
The basic UX interface - lacks details for our sales ops guy to pull meaningful analytics.
