The boxes you add to the document can only be resized from the bottom right corner, so when you have to resize the boxes (signature, date, etc.), you have to keep relocating them as well

I can have clients sign contracts electronically.

The ease of providing our clients with a completed document via email which they can electronically sign at their convenience. They no longer need to rush to our office during a lunch break or leave early so that we can get something filed with the court.

To be honest, I have yet to find anything I dislike about this program. Actually, I would say that I would like the "send a reminder" option to be on the front screen and easier to find.

PandaDoc has solved the issue of our clients needing to rush to the office to sign a court pleading on their lunch break or leave work early to accomplish the task. Now we can simply email it to them and often times we have it back within an hour.

Being able to integrate with hh sport is super helpful and saves so much time. Being able to link properties is absolutely incredible also.

The form builder is very easy to use. Dropping in custom variables for use with the API is like inserting any other piece of text. The API call debugger/log is also crucially useful when debugging failed API calls. All services should have something like this.

Copy/pasting multiple copies of the same variable throughout a long document is quite a pain since it will only drop the paste about 50 pixels away from where it was originially copied. This means that if I copied a variable (or tag) from the top of my document and tried to insert it several times throughout the next 25 pages, that variable/tag will not paste onto the page I'm on but back at the top. And then I must drag the item across multiple pages to get it where I want it. Pasting a tag should simply drop it under the mouse cursor.

Pandadoc looks extremely professional and is very easy to use. Coming off being a huge DocuSign user and fan, I was not sure what my feelings would be but I was blown away.

E-signature for sales contracts

I process application for an HOA and PandaDoc has been the easiest and most convenient application for us. It really helps speed up the process as we receive applications from several homeowners in our community.

I wish the bulk send feature allowed us to upload more than 10.

We're using pandadoc since last few months. It helped us a lot sing some important docuements of our business digitally. Even we have a track of all document signing activity.

As of now, everything is going well with pandadoc. I haven't found anything to dislike.

Signing Hard Copy & then scan that copy to conevert into soft copy. It's tech savvy & time saving.

Great platform for contracts and sending invoices/quotes, customer service is also quick to respond and answer any questions.

Not much so far, still working on finding a way to record profitability while using CRM products.

As an event tent rental company we need to have customers sign certain documents and this allows us to achieve that easily and without cost.

I like that they are constantly trying to improve and add features, and listen to suggestions made by their customers.

No way to capture credit card information securely and no integration with credit checking company.

Many things are far superior to my previous paid subscription to Small PDF. Panda Doc saves emails and names, so when you begin typing the person's email, their email and name auto-completes. Small PDF does not have this, so every time you send a doucment out, you must completely type everyone's names/emails in or copy-paste every single line. It is also so much easier to send "reminders" to people that have not signed the document. I also like how you can see who has opened the document but has not signed it. After you size the first signature box, Panda Docs auto-sizes the rest of the signature boxes that you add. With Small PDF, you have to resize the signature every time you invite another signee and frequently e-signatures would be signed extremely large or even sideways. All signatures are uniform with Panda. Probably the biggest advantage is that the documents are not erased after 30 days.

It truly is better than Small PDF in almost every way. The only advantage I see with Small PDF is having the "Merge PDF'" option built into the platform, instead of having to use a 3rd party to merge the signature pages first.

I'm a Special Education teacher that teaches virtually. I have multiple IEP meetings throughout the year that require the team's signatures to stay in federal compliance. Our school district does not pay or compensate us for any e-signature software. Last year, I paid for Small PDF out of my pocket until a colleague of mine introduced me to Panda Docs this school year. I have already held 7 virtual meetings during preplanning and have received all my signatures without any issues.

Love the ability to craft world-class quotes for our sales team using a standardized system.

Some clients are not as tech friendly as we'd like since our business is B2C and our clients tend to be of an older demographic. That is not an issue that is wrong with PandaDoc though.

You can easily modify a lease document's signers and set up the signing orders.

Assigning initials to different areas could be repetitive sometimes. It would be nice if you can create multiple initials blanks at one time.

My favorite part about PandaDoc is how easy it is to quickly send out documents to clients. The template and automatic field placement feature really make for an incredibly seamless experience. One of favorite things that I like about PandaDoc is the customer feedback we get from using this platform. As someone who uses this platform to obtain client signatures daily, it's one of the biggest reasons our workflow is so highly rated among our clients. We really value providing a white glove service, and a big part of what enables that is the PandaDoc platform and customer service.

I would really like a way to quickly assign placed fields to another signee. For instance, say that I placed fields for one person but I was supposed to assign them to someone else, I would really like for there to be a way to assign all of the placed fields to someone automatically, instead of going and changing each one, one by one.

Pandadoc helps make signing documents for our clients incredibly easy and its super intuitive. We rarely run into issues where client are confused where to sign. Pandadoc is also way easier to navigate than the other electronic document signing platforms. From a client standpoint, it has to be one of the easiest signing experiences out there, it shows the clients that signing is only a few clicks away and makes our jobs way easier.

You can sign in documents and many collaborators can also contribute from distance. Each one can use their own time. Signatures are easy to set up. You can use initials, whole signature, date of signing, ticks, texts, and many more features. You can change the text of the document before everyone has signed but then your document must be signed again by all parties

I have access to basic functions that are essential to running my business, such as an electronic signature. When researching products for this feature, PandaDoc was a clear winner based on simplicity and fees for the size of my small business.

As a free user, every once in a while I run into a situation where there is a feature that I want to use that looks like an option, but when I go to use it I am asked to upgrade to unlock that feature. It's not a deal breaker, but I wish that the unavailable options did not look available to save me a little time.

I can send documents to contractors and clients for electronic signatures and dates. It stores my signed documents so that I have quick and easy access online, versus sifting through printed files.

personally I struggle with learning new databases, I had learnt the whole of PandaDoc in 2 days. it has been so helpful for us, and wouldn't be able to work as quickly as we need to. PandaDoc is the backbone of our company.

There is nothing I dislike about Panda, if I do find anything I think could be improved i will email the team myself personally and make them aware, it has been such a walk in the park even i haven't struggled

i am not sure what problems PandaDoc is solving but i am sure they are doing many throughout the day, we have not had any trouble with our and that's just the way we like it. Very grateful to the whole team for making our lives so much easier

I love that I can route documents to multiple signers in a specific order, that I can see where each document is in the signing process, and that I can click a button to send a reminder to the individual who is holding up the process.

It DOES take some time to set up the fields and prepare each document for signing, but it's not typically more than a couple of minutes.

We wanted to make our Purchase Order form more automated so that everything from filling it out to gathering all signatures would be done electronically. I created a read-only fillable pdf that I distributed to our employees. They fill it out, click a button, and it comes to me. I add signature and date fields, set the signing order, and send it off. Once the document has been completely signed, I simply download it to my computer. Less paper, less time for employees and me (overall), and much more ability to track the documents. Employees LOVE it, too!
