We use Pipefy to control all of our service desk tickets, and several of those have pretty detailed needs, and PIpefy helps us a lot with that
The view options, the live reports it can reproduce. We can show off all the work that is done during the recruitment process.
The only struggle that I have is the time zone differences. There was a test done and my guest did not received the notification on time, I guess that is related to the time zones.
I think it helped us to avoid loosing candidtes for not replying on time, I condier it will hep us to optimize the time in sending personalized responsed using canned responses.
It's the tool you need to control any process that is currently missing an established process live. Also, how easily you can create automation rules by following a logic structure.
Lack of graphs and dashboards. It could be a complement to the reports feature and avoid us needing to connect through Zapier.
I'm implementing Pipefy to manage a communication process across teams. It involves a standard input (that we are solving through the Start form) and specific business rules being implemented throughout the process.
Pipefy is simple and cheap. With him i can created a form for my app mobile.
When i create a start form, a his part isn't in my language. Only that.

Facilita o acesso a cada serviço que está sendo executado pela empresa, e se está próximo do vencimento, além de dar continuidade aos processos, unindo um ao outro, evitando assim esquecer de algum procedimento. Também uso o Pipe para avaliar a produtividade dos funcionários e a volume de demanda de cada cliente.
Poderia agrupar os pipes por setores , eles ficam dispostos todos no mesmo local, mesmo nomeando de forma que fiquem juntos seria melhor se pudesse agrupar .

Sometimes adding new users is a little bit confusing. Happened to my organization, where people would login to Pipefy and end up in a different account.
We have the whole company operations running on Pipefy. It gives you all the benefits a Kanban gives - organization, logical chaining, separation of roles, accountability, status report, etc. But in a nice interface that you can customize.
A autonomia para criar e remanejar campos e fases. Modelar os pipes de acordo com cada processo, a ligação entre cards pai/filho com movimentações através dos gatilhos. Otimizamos a comunicação interna com uso dos emails template para alertar os usuários sobre algumas tarefas simples. Poder mencionar (@) os usuários nos comentários também tem ajuda a concentrar as informações e melhorar a comunicação. A visualização dos prazos também facilitam na hora de entender as demandas.
O aplicativo mobile. Ele é pouco funcional, sobretudo para quem está utilizando no dia-a-dia na rua. Tanto a visualização é ruim, quanto as movimentações e alterações são pouco funcionais.
A centralização das informações. Pudemos organizar e entender melhor os nossos processos. Percebemos os gargalos nas etapas do de alguns processos, e pudemos percebemos como funciona o processo como um todo, agora temos uma noção maior de como funciona do início ao fim. Com isso, além de ajustar os processos não só para se adequar a plataforma pipefy, mas também para melhorarmos internamente e com isso melhorar e facilitar o dia -a-dia dos funcionários. Estamos mais atentos às etapas, então temos mais controle quando algo precisa 'fugir' do processo.
Agilidade do atendimento da equipe de suporte e modelagem. São atenciosos e sempre com ideias para contribuir com o melhor andamento da implantação.

Resolvi meus problemas de descentralização de processos, falhas na comunicação interna, perda de prazos com clientes. Hoje temos uma equipe integrada, falando a mesma "língua", e o melhor de tudo é ver isso sendo refletido diretamente na experiência do meu cliente.
I love the easy kanban board. Is really flexible without loosing the user restrictions. So you can make a process reliable in your business.
There are some features missing with database usage, for example export databases. Also would be great to integrate databases with websites using a iframe or something........
The main problem we have solved with Pipefy was the user registration process in our business that pass through almost every department. We now have control over every step of the process. Also we made our CRM in Pipefy so when the the leads becomes clients, everything happens insight the same software.
It is an icredible accesible tool that I can manage all the data that I want that comes from my internal and external team, creating different process for each product that we have going at the moment. The platform offers multiples articles about maganing workflows, creating process and understanding the tool itself. I get all the support that I need, and it is really fast! I never in my life had to manage a huge amount of work and managing it in a big team and it really surprised me that having the right tools can really help you grow.
It can be unstable sometimes so I have to double check some operations. I wished I could import some database informations when filling out fields in each card. Sometimes I have to reopen the cards multiple times just to paste the info that I need to put on because it shows that it is blank even though it isn't.
A huge amount of work flow that I used to do by myself, and would consume 80% of my time. Now I can see clearly my team process and focus on other tasks that I couldn't focus on.
Easy to use and easy to explain the tool for new users, good for taking processes out of paper quickly. With some technical knowledge you also have the power to make great things with Zapier, APIs and automations
Lately, the app is having some speed issues, but it seems to be something punctual. Another delicated question is the pricing for Brazil users, as it's billed only in dollar.
Controlling processes, tasks, automating email work, monitoring client workflow
I kid you not. I automated a whole advertising agency, from briefing to contracts, payments to recruitment, all in pipefy. The kanban style makes everything simple and visual. The integration between pipes allows information between areas flow very smoothly. And for last, the automations reduce significantly the amount of work.
I believe as it is built for all kinds of processes, incluiding industry and other heavy stuff, the outputs lack more options of design costumization. For exemple: if I want to make sure the automated emails go out with a proper layout, I have to type in the HTML code by hand. A style converter would be great. Same thing happens with the PDF builder. I can't style it within the text input fields. Apart from that, I'm quite satisfied.
The main problem solved was to reduced the amount of people required in the back office doing repeatable work. With Pipefy you can leave it to the code to it, while people can focus on tasks that require more brain than typing.
I love that I can customize my pipelines to what I want to see most. I am able to make custom reports for my sales staff and owners. Software is easy to use and implement. I love that I can contact the support staff and don't have to wait days for an answer. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. This has made my job so much easier.
I would love to see a dark background implemented. It would make it easier for me to use. I am very sensitive to bright light. There really isn't anything to dislike.
Pipefy has enabled me to find a way to track the progress of our machine sales and keep better notes on what is going on with each file. This makes it so much easier for me to remember what is going on. I can also track what has been paid for the month. This keeps me so much more organized with my orders. I can open a card at any time and know exactly what is going on.
There is no way employees can skip phases or steps. Also I like the emails features, pdf, open forms, integration with zapier, etc.
Editing options of a pipe are in different places, some in the settings in the + button, others in the ... vertical button, some in the gear button, etc. Also pdfs generated in the pipe must be downloaded and then attached again to the card to be sent in the preset pipe email for example. Pdf creation does not number the pages, which is necessary for a contract for example. You could have integration with docusign or some other digital signature app. The reports feature is limited, for example I can only sum a number column, but I can't count how many entries a pipe had as a report.
