The best thing that i liked about Quixy was the ease with which i was able to automate the HR processes. The software provided simple to use interface where i could design the forms and the workflows and publish the HR apps very quickly. The support team was also very prompt in answering any queries.
Overall the software is very good. Features like in app collaboration with other users in the workflow, if added, will be very useful. Another feature that can be very useful will be to allow uses to take actions on the workflows through the email notifications itself without having to login to the application.
We have automated HR processes including Recruitment, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Leave Management, Employee Service Request Management, and Performance Management. Employees now can submit their requests online without having to fill any paper forms. With Quixy, we were able to make our department operations paperless.
I call Quixy as an instant solution because you can develop applications instantaneously and the results are also instant. The robust platform helped us in automating various processes within our department within no time. The best part is we did not include any 3rd party agency or person to develop applications and integrate the same with existing applications.
There is nothing to dislike about Quixy, it has some great features. However, I suggest them to improve their app library by adding ready to use applications.
