I've found that the high level of customization, though largely advantageous, adds to this complexity, often requiring a dedicated team or expertise for proper setup and maintenance. In terms of cost, I feel that Salesforce Sales Cloud can be quite pricey, particularly when incorporating advanced features and catering to larger teams, when compared to other CRM solutions in the market.

The isn't much I don't like about Salesforce Sales Cloud. There are occasionally some quirks that require a workaround, but are often resolved in near-future releases anyway.

Some simple tasks are too hard such as simply running a report and creating an extract of all fields with their API names of an object aside the Dev Console that produces an unfriendly formatted extract.

It gathers all the important features for sales such as qoutes, oppotunities, leads, contacts, and accounts in one page. Its easier to navigate all the tabs as well as very convenient in any mobile phones whenever the user is out of his or her laptop. It also works offline.
I don't like the resolution responsiveness in laptops with a small resolution. I think it becomes a bit large and I need to zoom it out whenever I am navigating the pages.
It solve the problem of switching orsinging-in to other pages with different use for sale. It is very easy to collaborate with everyone in the team of sales where they can see tabs in one page.

It have great automation tools. In today's scenario where most of the people doesn't have time to manage each and everything by own, sales cloud provides great automation tools such as Salesforce Flow, process builder, scheduler jobs etc to have great automation working on your org.
It is feature rich but they should be configured first according to different requirements. Due to this you first have to learn and get hands on to fully utlize all the tools.
Previously we have to analyse the massive sales data one by one in conventional tools like excel etc. That was very difficult and time consuming and also that didn't provide much graphical tools. But sales cloud have amazing visual experience with dashboard reports etc. that helps in the analysis in a way more productive way.
By far, the intuitive ease of use is the greatest selling point for Salesforce in general. This includes ease of user experience for our sales reps, the self service analytics and report options for managers and object configuration to enhance the sales and support of sales experience.
Knowledge is used heavily in our service cloud environment. Add ons such as Enablement would ideally be less cost prohibitive

1. Salesforce is a little expensive. It should provide the features with a variety of packages. 2. Einstein dashboard is an advance feature everyone is not familiar with this so it would be better if we make it easy to use with proper training videos.

There are some features which should be provided as default with sales cloud like cpq and pdf generation and record types on quote line items. These are the 2 basic features which can be included.
