Easy of use, scalability, customization out the wazoo! I have worked at several different types of organizations using Salesforce, and each was about to tailor the product to their individual needs and selling process. Not only that, but with my help, Salesforce has been expanded to track non sales and marketing efforts. Everything from software bug tracking to performance reviews can be done in Salesforce. Truly, your imagination is your only limit. You want to track data, Salesforce is the only tool to consider.
Analytics functions are weak (although getting better). Some key features only available at Unlimited Edition, which comes with a pretty hefty price tag. In addition, the customer support at Salesforce does not have the best reputation in the world. I often struggle to find a rep that can even understand my issue. It would be fantastic if those of us who held and maintained our Salesforce certifications could somehow jump to Tier Two or Tier Three support immediately. It would also be great if there was a separate support process for feature activation. I often have to submit a case to get features activated, and they do not require the same multi-touch process as a true support case.

From increased customer communication and satisfaction to increased profitability and return on investment, the problems Salesforce has solved and the benefits we have realized are enormous. We accomplish more with less, and the things we have continued to do have been done better.
Ich benutze täglich die Report Funktion für alle denkbaren Anwendungsfälle aus allen Unternehmensbereiche. Die Möglichkeiten die man damit hat sind quasi endlos und ein einfacherReport ist schnell gemacht. Zusätzlich die Funktionen diesen zu abonnieren oder daraus Dashboards zu machen sind top.

One the best feature Salesforce Sales Cloud provides is a variety of reporting and dashboard tools that helped us tracking our sales performance and make informed decisions.Also we integrated it with our shopify store also with the HubSpot Marketing Hub and power Bi the integration was smoother and it made easy for us to share data and streamline processes.

This is the only CRM I know of that facilitates business users to implement their sales process end to end without much customization. I always see Sales Cloud as the foundational Lego block to control and gain visibility to heart of any business - Sales. The level of UI customizations possible without coding is simply amazing, especially with the latest Winter '24 release for dynamic layouts.
Sales Cloud needs to offer capabilities to handle digital products such as subscriptions.
Sales Cloud is our source of truth for any customer related processes such as managing order installations, communications, CSAT. With the automations in place, SF has significantly reduced the Case Handling Time for a significant number of processes.
