I found out about smartsupp through a competitor website and i wanted to implement it on my own rjight away.What i like best is that it was easy to install as a plugin and the interface is very easy to navigate to.I also like that it greets the user with a message.

What i would like to be improved is being able to position the smartsupp icon a bit higher or in other positions because sometimes it is in front of other elements and i can't really move it even though i tried using css but it's design is a bit complex.

It is solving problems like adding office hours to my website so people know when the shop is online and when it is not. It also tells visitors about other things using the automation messages.

Notification is very loud which is nice for someone like me who is nonstop busy and cannot just keep looking at the screen. Communication with customer through chat is good and quick and seeing what the customer is looking at helps us help them.
