The survey builder is extremely easy to learn and use. I was surprised at how customizable the survey questions were. Very intuitive and fast.
It was slightly confusing, once I had the survey questions the way I wanted them, how to get the survey out to people. The link and the ability to simply understand it's distribution wasn't easy to figure out.
I needed a customer experience survey after a customer has gone through our entire sales cycle a couple of times. I wanted to get quick easy feedback in a simple manner. SurveySparrow accomplished this.
SurveySparrow really helped me by delivering what I want at the right time for the job. It saved me tons of research and money, especially with its trial. As it included features that most of the other online tools I found were lacking.
I cannot really remember what I disliked. As it, something came with another missing feature that I struggled with after for another job. However, I will be on the lookout for upcoming and new features from survey sparrow.
It helped us when creating on-boarding test as some of the tests for specific hires like graphic designers need to have the ability to upload files for us to see when answering the form.
I like the simple and easy interface. It's clean and I can navigate around without getting lost. It has all the features I need and is straight-forward. Nice platform.
I would like some other features, like a career ladder or matrix. Some other platforms come with a 9-box and some other analytics. That would be a nice touch since the data is already there.
We need 360 reviews for performance management. Having a thrid party platform take care of that makes my job a lot easier. I don't have to manually set up all the data.

Nothing I could remember. Surveysparow is (like stated before) really simple to use but powerful. So you don't have to be a geek to get the answers that you need from your prospects or clients.

I like that you can create many different types of surveys and how many features there are to customize your survey. It is also remarkable how easy the platform can be to use when creating the surveys.
Although customer service and other aspects of the platform are great, there are some small things that can be improved. For example, the free trial to use the platform could be expanded from 14 days to maybe 30 like other survey sites.
The main problems survey sparrow is used for is to make better surveys. By this, I mean the look and feel, making it look more professional than say a standard google survey.

The price entry point for a company that needs a custom domain but doesn't have huge survey volumes is pretty high. Would be nice if this could be an optional extra.
