This survey tool is perfect for whatever you need. The interface for people filling out the survey is clean, intuitive and easy to use. The advanced logic and scoring is super useful and probably the most advanced of any i've seen. Customer support is amazing and always follows up and provides support with whatever you need.
That the support team isn't around in Australian business hours, so I need to wait for a response. Also their help article first policy - trust me I don't want to contact support if i'm reaching out i've already read every help article I could find.
We run customer satisfaction surveys and medical assessments using survey sparrow. It enables us to quickly get the information we need, and analyse it without too much work on our end.
The best part about this app is that it is easy to understand and simple for employee management, surveys, etc. This platform is handy, and I will continue to use it in the future.
So far this platform is really good and well made but if i were to say something i dislike it would be the amount of bugs i encounter on a daily basis. This is still understanding because every website is not perfect and there are still some bugs that need to be fixed, but overall this website is great!
SurveySparrow has solved many things, especially employee management and surveys. The app is easy to understand and you could make a survey within minutes. 10 out of 10 overall, has been a useful tool.
I like the ability to customize all features and visuals, keeping the branding cohesive to my brand! Also the ability to keep all data gathered in survey sparrow and organize it is so great.
I think that one downside is the lack of familiarity other people have when it comes to using survey sparrow. Some people are used to other platforms th at are similar.
Survey sparrow has solved my top of funnel problems! It's given me a really good tool to utilize and to link to in all of my social media platforms and lets me keep track of it all.
The surveys I created looked super cool and fun to use. They matched my branding for the most part. It beats a Google Form by a long shot.
I dislike the price. For the size of my business, spending nearly $30 a month to capture surveys alone is not worth it. However, for larger businesses, I could see how that is a drop in the bucket in exchange for gathering pertinent info from customers.
SurveySparrow helps to create engaging & dynamic surveys. I can drop little messages in between questions to break up the survey into smaller chunks, with helps keep the surveyee's attention. I also like that only one question is displayed at a time, again it helps to eliminate surveyee's from dropping off and not completing it.
SurveySparrow is super easy to use and it allows for true customization of survey questions which helps to create a variety of custom tailored questions, keeping the survey interesting for participants.
I cannot think of anything I disliked while using it. It might be because I last used it a few months ago. Mostly, I do not like that there is no free subscription option. All tiers are paid tiers and I just don't have so much use for it that I would pay for the service.
It easily allows for quick polls and surveys with my colleagues. We have done serious polls to determine event preferences but we have also done some fun stuff like "rate the cutest pet." Creating the polls and surveys are easy and getting people to respond even easier.
You can create any survey with full personalization for yourself. Analyzing is very easy and understandable. If you want to know the results of surveys from people, customers, participants, then this platform is for you. I really liked SurveySparrow.
I haven't found any flaws yet) For all the time of use, I have not found any significant drawbacks. There are only very rarely any bugs.
I can find out what customers, users, participants and ordinary people think about us. Thanks to the affordable price, we can afford this application. Data analysis is very fast and clear.

Their customer-focused approach. They are open to feedback and suggestions, and their product team is great!
The from name can only be customized at your account level, not within a survey. But I hear that is an enhancement they are making soon to remedy this.

The easiness to share surveys through multiple channels and the option to configure reminders to nudge the non-respondents on a timely manner. Also, the multi linguistic surveys help us synthesize and see the responses in one view rather than interpreting multiple surveys for each language.
There's nothing of that sort at the moment.
