I don't have to remember what I need to do for my clients, I just log in to teamwork and it's right there.
I don't have any complaints about using Teamwork.
My projects are always on time with Teamwork.
Organization, hands down, it allows me to keep track of everything in one place, how I want to see it.
Can't figure that out! With so many new features and ability to work with them, it works. I wish there were more detailed hooks with Zapier but it's already connected and working great!
I am a one man show and expanding. Adding members with premade training and task lists is probably my favorite aspect.
It is easy to communicate and collaborate.
Sometimes it is glitchy and can go down for several minutes.
I love easily sharing files without having to download everything to my computer. I can open and comment right in Teamwork.
A great project management resource for collaborating with a team on a virtual platform. Very easy to learn and use with a group.
Sometimes would take a long time to load
Collaboration with a team. It's easy to communicate and share projects with one another
Viewing our project as a task list and we can customize Teamwork to how we already work.
The platform is great to use have no dislike.
Keeping everyone accountable by assigning tasks so everyone knows who's responsible of what and getting deep insights into our teams resources so we can see who has the bandwidth to take on more work.
The advanced features that basic tools lack so we won't outgrow it as we scale.
Teamwork is great and easy to use I just love it.
Assigning tasks so our team knows who's responsible for what and Time tracking to measure how long tasks take so that we can plan for new projects more efficiently.
Super easy to use the interface, efficient
I have found no downsides to this software.
This has really helped me not only organize my tasks, but keep better track of my time. In fact, by being able to so exactingly track the hours I spend on various tasks, I've been able to leverage that data to increase the overall efficiency of my business. It helped me to identify bottlenecks and tasks that were taking me more time for less ROI, so I was able to shift my business model to focus more on the tasks that served me better.
Easy to task items to team members when you need to hand off work. Also very easy to create and manage subtasks.
Sometimes the platform gets a little glitchy - it doesn't save a comment or a time entry - maybe it is at a time when coding update is being made... I rely on TW so much, that having it down for even 10 minutes is an issue!
Helps me keep track of work progress plus monthly billing for each project without going over.
Teamwork is the only platform that serves ALL my project management needs. It's organized, it allows me to easily collaborate with my team and clients, and the functionality of being able to create tasks, subtasks, leave comments, attach documents, etc. at every level is superb.
There is nothing I'd change about Teamwork. Everything about it has been great thus far.
I use Teamwork to project manage my multi-level team of myself, project managers, contractors, and clients. Everyone is able to collaborate in one space (in an organized way) and we can correspond with privacy settings (so that clients and single-job contractors only see what they NEED to see). The biggest benefit is that it has consolidated all of my communications onto one platform (instead of having communications on a project management app, AND email, AND text, AND slack). It's the reason for my sanity as an agency owner.
What I like most about teamwork is the possibility to integrate my workflow with my clients. With just one click I can create their users and it is on. Especially with the e-mail and SMS notification I can always keep track of their demands and they can always see when there's an update or when a task is completed
Calendar and Board integration with projects. I think it is a priority to do.
It brought me agility and a better way to organize the workflow.
Teamwork helps me manage my agency and my clients all in one place and does everything we need it to do for us.
There was a learning curve at the beginning.
I am managing team tasks and billing/invoicing all in one place. This is a huge benefit.
I love that Teamwork makes my job easier. From communicating with large teams, linking files, adjusting schedules, and problem solving major timeline shifts, the platform allows us to do it all.
Teamwork, like every software, doesn't always work in the exact way I want it to for my specific role and there are a couple dead-ends currently when it comes to reporting. We have a designated Teamwork Customer Rep that partners with us to do quarterly reviews and ask us these pain points. Many of the pain points we brought up in our last review have already been resolved and I am seeing more features we discussed rolling out in the beta version.
We are using Teamwork as our sole source of truth at our agency. The team logs in and finds all information about projects, timelines, budgets, time reporting, collaboration tools, links, feedback from our clients, etc. The list goes on and on. It makes us more efficient when communicating and collaborating to make sure we are all on the same page and tracking towards our unified goal-- Teamwork is just the vehicle to help us get there.
- Multiple options for table and list overviews for task lists. - Incredible customer service, I always feel heard, and they listen to feedback which is hard to come by these days. - Time tracking has allowed us to identify which accounts, tasks, and services are most profitable, improving our bottom line. - Remote work management is a breeze; we can see what everyone is working on, how long it's taking, and if there are blockers easily. - There are plenty more, but I'd say these 4 points made the most significant impact on our business.
Anything that we've disliked, we've shared with customer service/development, and they've made the improvements very timely.
1) Time tracking - how efficient are our accounts being handled? Who is operating them most efficiently? Where is our highest profit margin? 2) Remote management - what are our people working on, and how long is it taking them? We needed insight into how to improve here, and Teamwork crushes it. 3) Project flow/management - how do we make our project management more efficient and enjoyable for our clients? We've been able to overcome these problems and improve drastically. We still continue to find improvements because of the granularity in Teamwork.
Teamwork Projects let us capture all time done on each projects to know if we are really earing income and monitorize if not to take crucial decisions on the road. The design is very intuitive to make any function we want. Teamwork support are nice and fast, also they hear for petitions to realease on road map. I have ask for 3 functionalitys needed like filters of times, better reporting, multi time capturing. This software is very essential on my operative tasks. Package pricing jumps are very practical too depending of the needs you have. They constantly create support product videos of what is new.
On early packages there is a reduced quota space for projects but you can compensate it with the integrations. The software seems to be popular just in Europe, so there are a few third party apps who have developed something connected to Teamwork but it have access to the API and webhooks to compensate.
We put high order on project development to monitorizing the time spend one each project and integrates all team to have a better communication on the main and specific topic segmented. All are well coordinated with this tool so we can measure evrything: people, income, time spent, resources, process, status wich let us have the possibility to improve or omptimize what we need.
Ease of use and the workflow. also the automatioin
Not good sharing of client info between products
Workflow, assigning tasks, time keeping, centralized information
How it's all linked together, everything is at the right spot
The translation from english to french is still to be worked on
Loss of time, it's all really well done
Every update comes with the most remarkable new features, it is speedy, and the configuration for projects, templates, and more do your work to run the easy way.
Maybe just a few shortcuts or buttons that including them will make the best project management tool, for example, to go back to the task list.
To know the chronology and who was responsible. All the hour tracking options, the file attachment, the visibility features are just unique!
IT is very easy to generate a task from our helpdesk and allocate it to a project for support and implementations. We track the time each consultant logs on a project on Teamwork projects. This makes our billing and reporting very easy.
We do not have access to the database to extract billing information. On a monthly basis, we need to ensure every hour logged as billable is invoiced through our ERP system. We have to compare reports from Teamwork projects to our Invoices and can then update the tasks as billed in teamworks.
Controlling Consultant Time billing through logging their billing against a task on a project with proper comments on each task, linked to the user that logged the issue and provide feedback directly from the project task. On implementation projects, the project managers have a lot of reports available to provide on-time feedback to the steering committee on the status of the project.
Best thing I like are the METADATA tags you can add and filter on in every view. I really like the task overview so you can show progress in KANBAN board, or GANT Chart or Task List whatever your audience prefer (most of the time I need all 3) By being able to chop-down all tasks in smaller activities and facilitating the conversation we get things done. I love the IOS app and also make use of the Desk and Spaces product to capture other request and be able to turn these into tasks later. The spaces area I use for documenting the end result of the project and how we got there. And at the end have a long list of SOP available so the new users know how to operate the new project just delivered.
In the beginning it can give you email notification on EVERYTHING -> I turn that off immediately not to overload my new users on the project.
I manage in an easy way team meetings, capture future requests by creating a clear PARKINGLOT. so all are aware that we captured the request but will happen later.
Teamwork is by far the best project management system that I have used. So many tools within it that let you focus on what actually matters instead of trying to find files or tasks to get information.
I think the main downside is how difficult it can sometimes be to find tasks that have already been completed.
I am mostly solving communication problems. If I need to contact multiple managers Teamwork allows me to pull in everyone who may need to know something. I love the connectivity.
