Endless customization, very inexpensive platform, easy to use
Requires a lot of API work, you'll need to add a lot of plugins and extensions to get it just right for your company.
We wanted to move to a less expensive e-commerce platform and woo provided a very low cost with a high amount of customization. This has streamlined both our customer-facing design as well as our internal procedures
I love how WooCommerce allows me to sell my own products on my website. This gives me a lot more freedom in my business to sell my own products, create my own store, and have full control over my inventory.
WooCommerce requires quite a few plugins when setting up. I have found it faulty when syncing with Custom Cat, but it is great with Printful and by itself.
E-commerce. Being able to sell my own products on my website has allowed me more freedom with my business.
I have use other e-commerce platforms so far this one has been the best choice for my company would recommend
Theres nothing i dislike for now with the platform
I have solve the problem is paypal enable
What I like best is the fact that it is free, simple yet professional
What I dislike is the fact that there are features within woocommerce that are sometimes not compatible with newer updates of Wordpress
It is a great way to generate an income from anywhere in the world at a low cost
Woo commerce is a great platform for any e-commerce website. It has a very streamline and user friendly interface.
Some of the features of woo commerce are not compatible with other apps I use.
Woo commerce allows me to have an online shop where I can easily sell products through the internet.
The ease of installation and setup is great. You can easily integrate with many payment processors without being technically inclined. Functionality wise Woocommerce covers all bases very well.
There are some limitations regarding what you can do with woocommerce when it comes to design, look and feel. There are certain "pages" and "endpoints" which are preprogrammed to be a part of the natural flow of the checkout experience and these are difficult to alter. They can also be difficult to get the design , look , and feel of the website aligned .
We have used Woocommerce as an online shopping cart with success. It is an excellent option with a proven track record and continued development.
Works well with other software. Great software. I heard about from allot of people but did think I would use it. I found that I had to research the software and found it is the only software that works with and interfaces with other softwares.
Complicated. You will probably have hick ups. Good thing for customer support.
Picked Woo commerce for its compatibility.
I love how easy it is to add new products to our store for our customers.
I dislike some of the pricing on all of the additional add ons for woocommerce they are so expensive.
Woocommerce is helping to get our business online and reach more customers than just the ones that walk through our doors.
easy to work, wish they had tech support. average price add-on apps and plugins for businesses; there are free ones too.
no tech support, and how time is spent trying to fix plugins and apps that that effect the functionality of others, saw that many do.
trying to fix plugins and apps that that effect the functionality of others, saw that many do.
The WYSIWYG editor makes it easy. Lots of free (and paid) plug-ins available. Many supportive and helpful community users when I've got questions. The basic platform is very adaptable and expandable, and there are a lot of web designers who can easily set it up-- and then it's pretty easy for site owners to maintain it. That said, there do keep being little glitches which are frustrating. For me and my business, it seems to be an affordable, working solution.
The coupon options are very limited unless add plugins, and I haven't found a plugin to easily accomplish everything I want it to do.
The shopping and checkout experience is integrated; I use Paypal for the secure financial transaction.
I like it's flexibility and the way it adds modules/plugins to make the site more robust.
It has quite a bit of learning curve and some features are hard to manipulate.
Many plugins are free and woocommerce is open source, so i
I like the fact that it is easy to navigate and understand even with just a few videos of quick tutorials.
The shipping system is quite difficult to configure and can get confusing sometimes. And when there are errors around WooCommerce, it's also difficult to fix them without any professional help.
Our main ecommerce platform is WooCommerce. The best thing about it is that's it's free plus there are a lot of plugins available to help my business grow.
The flexibility of woocommerce is great, and I like how it functions.
The learning curve is pretty steep. There are a ton of upgrades that are paid, and the price isn’t cheap.
I am able to sell items through my website rather than relying on a third-party like Etsy.
SEO Friendly Website and easy to manage the whole website
Need to improve the security system of this platform
Everything fine but need to improve the security system. That's it
I like that it's a free platform I was able to use for my just being started home business. My experience in Ecommerce was close to nothing before working with it. It was very simple to setup.
I'd like to have more templates as far as look and customization to work with.
Ecommerce
Well designed to meet the needs of many industries and applications. The core plugin is free and they offer the ability to add functionality with a large section of add-on plugins. You can add things like membership and recurring subscriptions as well as a very large selection of payment integrations. We often default to woocommerce because of the number of payments options. Customers may have a merchant service they wish to use or a bank that requires a specific gateway it's much easier to accommodate that with WooCommerce.
Expensive add-on plugins. There are a very large section of add-ons, but adding multiple can add up quickly. Also, we've found support times can be slow. It sometimes takes, at least in our experience, several days to get a response. For the amount of money they charge for add-ons, I'd expect prompter service.
E-commerce for businesses websites.
I've been using woocommerce for years now. I find it to be easy to use and integrate into many themes.
I don't recall anything I don't like. There are certain features I may not need and I don't activate those features.
As a Web developer who has clients with varying needs I had too many things to worry about. Woocommerce is almost 'plug and play.
It integrates seamlessly with WordPress and all the available plugins on the store. Very flexible, can be modified with custom development.
Sometimes it is a bit buggy and slows down the features. Maybe because it is feature rich hence hampers the speed.
Using it for cart functionality.
LOTS. If you like wordpress, you will like woocommerce. It's got endless features, integrations and applications, with a great community to support. You literally can do anything with Woocommerce.
There are growing pains with learning and setting up. And also pains with keeping up to date. For simple shops, Woocommerce can be a tad heavy.
We needed an affordable e-commerce solution that can be customized to suit businesses beyond a typical shop--- such as delivery.
It's a plugin of the best CMS of Internet! Really, when you work with WordPress, you know your website will be at the firsts positions of Google searches, so you have an e-commerce with a good SEO.
Well, Magento still is the best e-commerce (in my opinion, of course)
It is a good tool, with an easy to use and a little learning curve, so it could be the best tool for non- tech people
