The benefits of team organization and ease of collaboration across onsite and offsite staff are huge! Very robust.
I love that I can quickly see where each onboarding sits and we can use repeat templates for onboardings that are consistent. We can quickly open up a new project and pick from an existing template. We use this quite often for different customer segments.
I would like a deeper integration with Salesforce. We typically use Wrike for onboarding new customers and support ongoing professional services work and it would be nice to understand where red flags exist across customer renewal opportunities and healthscores.
Solving visibility across multiple teams and allowing our team members to make sure we don't miss a step across the entire onboarding experience. We are also solving for scalable ways to repeat process and steps when we have new hires and turnover across our teams.
We used Wrike to digitize our change management process between Mexico and the US. It has made communication easy using the time-based task lists and ties into the normal MS Office products. Its built-in reporting package brings visibility to all for the items that are open or behind schedule.
At times the rate of frequent software updates may confuse infrequent users. Some of the summary screens are difficult to navigate but given there quick response to customer requests for change this will probably be updated soon.
We use Wrike mainly for change requests and program driving, but many also use it for a personal task list. Many groups also use it for a bulletin board of hot topics for weekly team reviews.
It is easy to tag colleagues with assignments (or be tagged), to establish dates for each step of a project, to check on the progress of a task/project and to leave feedback for colleagues.
There are sometimes upload time issues, especially for large files or ones with videos. Also, I'm not too fond of the feature which pops up and asks you if you want to change the dates for all subfolders to the date you assigned to one subfolder. After all, that is the reason to utilize subfolders, to assign dates to each step of the project. If I could I would recommend deleting that pop up box.
Wrike allows us to keep writers, editors, graphic artists and proofreaders on track and on deadline. This increases productivity, eliminates (or greatly reduces) errors and miscommunications.
I love having the ability to view my daily tasks in different ways. Whether it's my daily to-do list or using a dashboard, it's always convenient and organized.
I wish that the search bar that was on the left-hand side was still available so I could search by folder rather than by tasks. There are many tasks within our organization, so it makes the duty of searching for something take extra time to load.
Wrike solves my problems of keeping things organized for each client. Rather than a notebook page or a word document to scroll through, I can easily select the project and see all of my notes and tasks for my client.
I can work directly with people to manage our dynamic projects. We can customize the level of detail per project but still have beneficial reminders and management tools.
I fully enjoy using this tool to manage projects large and small with my team and with external contractors. I wouldn't change anything about this software as it is.
It's easy to check in on where projects are at, tage people in relevant documents and projects, and keep my inbox clutter-free! I can find what I need to in an instant.

We use Wrike for end to end proposal support workflow management. It allows us to create customized request forms, streamlining the intake process, and workflows so we can track tasks based on our proposal process. The reporting and dashboard features allow me to easily see workload at a high level and deliver targeted insights to leadership. We process hundreds of proposals annually and wouldn't be able to effectively manage such a volume without Wrike.
Some reporting features can't be shared with Contributors, like Dashboards.

Everything from safety to production to shipping.
Wrike allows our teams to work collaboratively and seemlessly. It makes approvals easy and fast. Tracking work and flow is easy and clear.
I dislike that we didn't embrace Wrike earlier than we did.
We used to use a clunky workflow program that was not keeping up with our needs. We now work faster, better, and are more agile all around.
I like the organization when I have my view in a 'flow' 'list' format.. I like that I can save things in individual folders I create and that those folders can also be color-coded.
I don't like some of the updates that are sent out - I don't feel like they are always updates that the people who actually use the project management software would want -- just the ideas that those running the company think would be good. You need to get into the nitty gritty of the work to see what will work out and what won't.
I have found benefits in having everything organized. I like being able to find past projects for reference - it's way better than using my own filing system on my computer. Having said that, the search feature in Wrike is super wacky..
I like that you can create one mass folder and add sub-folders to them. This makes the organization of tasks more manageable.

I love their customer service. Always available and able to help. They are continuously improving and releasing improvements to this product. It helps keep us organized and allows for the ease of handing a project over. To me, customer service is #1 for any company. Wrike is exemplary for that. They will take you every step through your entire implementation of Wrike in your organization and their support staff is great. We recently lost our "Wrike Admin" employee and it was handed over to me. The Wrike support team is always there and always willing to step in and help, and show me exactly what I would need to do, to attain what I am looking for. There is a huge library of Webinars as well. The Webinars are available 24/7 and you can watch them as many times as you like.
I would love an Export to Microsoft Project feature. Having the ability to export to MS Project would be fantastic in forwarding files to clients and other stakeholders. There is a small lack of visibility to see tasks that are linked together and then not having an easy way to change them. Having the abilility to see the webinars in a more organized way by role would be fantastic as well.
We are tracking everything from the beginning of a project to the end. Hundreds of tasks over a 6-12 month timeframe. Being able to collaborate with clients, co-workers, and managers in one place is just amazing. We are tracking projects, issues, modifications, and high-level issues with different folders. Prior to implementing Wrike, everyone had their own way of tracking projects and there was no visibility of these projects.
The best part of Wrike is ease of integration to your business processes to drive everything on time and on target.
System can be slow in loading info and images/PDFs.
We have solved our challenges of staying on schedule with processes, holding people accountable and seeing process improvements where we could not see them before.

Wrike has allowed our company to flow all of our projects through this system instead of our emails. It's also allowed us to set up a review process for projects that need reviewing.
Wrike has enabled me to delegate tasks to teammates on projects effectively. Not only can I delegate, but I can also stay on top of timelines not only internally but externally as well.
One thing that I do dislike is not being able to add external emails into our system. This would enable another layer of transparency for all stakeholders involved.
