I like how other systems can easily integrate other software can integrate into Xero. It matches transactions, so it is easy to reconcile at the end of the month.

When billing out a PO, you can bill it out more than the amount is for, and it can mess up with the financials on the balance sheet, etc. Also, when pulling reports, you must click on too many different things to get to where you want to go.

It allows things to be in one place without going to many other places. It integrates with other softwares and makes it easier than pulling reports manually from other places.

i love the bankfeeds and the management report functionality. the dashboard optimisation makes it easy for me to get to daily usage information

it helps by giving the bankfeed info in time so i can give my clients up to date accounting information to enable them to make better business decisions

Xero has a user-friendly interaction and provides a tutorial for each segment and. also; we can create a demo company for trial-and-error checks for accounting. I personally like the bank rules in bank reconciliation segment.

There are not many loopholes in this software compared with similar accounting software like ZOHO or MyOB, which has minimal customization. But the dashboard can be improved and integrated to export data to other software for preparing management reports. We already have the spotlight, but if we can bring more options, it would be better

As our business deals with the financing sector, we have thousands of bank reconciliation transactions every month. And also, we have many accounting entries to be passed every month, which can be automated and just checked by creating rules for reconciliations and cloning for repeating the statutory entries.

Xero is a great software but I think it would be helpful if they will be merging certain menus i.e. merging the organisation settings and financial settings so they're all in one place.

Xero helped us save a lot of administration time as the software basically does everything for us. All the reports we need can be generated in just a few clicks!

Xero provides a good detail of employees pay. It's easy to view the payslips and has a good UI.
