Xero is understandable as a progrma, offers a lot of facilities through tips and tricks. Can easily generate reports upon neccesity. It can be easily integrated with banks and other applications. You can access from everywhere and whenever.

Xero at the moment solves all of our problems. I used to have difficulties in project tracking costs but through tracking categories I can even track the project phases too.
I am more exposed to Xero because most of are clients are migrating from another accounting software to Xero. I am the one who set up the Xero account of our new client and the process of migrating data.
I have nothing to dislike about Xero because this is the main platform I am using everyday.
It solves a lot especially when you can import file in a bulk order.

Some of the business settings could be easier to navigate to. Ability to tag and notify stakeholders on tasks - it would be useful to be able to collaborate on the Xero software when it comes to chasing missing invoices and allocations.

The ease of use, with all area. That it is cloud based and easily accessible from anywhere. The integration with hubdoc is fantastic. I have had no issues with getting support from Xero when needed and there are many facebook groups that help xero users. I use Xero on a daily basis 7 days a week and have done for the past 6years without any major issues.
The new invoicing screen it slows my work down. I know I need to get used to it, but when you are busy its hard to do. The other thing is in the contacts area and something I have asked for over several years, to enable users to clean up contacts we need to be able to report on any contacts that do not have anything attached to them like a bill/invoice/spend money/receive money -so that contacts can easily be cleaned up
One thing I wish xero would do it implement changes that users want instead of redesigning screens that already work well, being able to give user access to specific areas ONLY therefore restricting access to certain confidential areas is really important is large practices. Your invoice template area is one area that users have asked to have more clearer way of being able to personalise especially using the docx templates. Bottom line is I dont see any problems that have been solved that benefit myself.

sometimes when you put up a xero central case, you get a response from someone referring you to an article that doesn't address or answer the question. it would be better if they could just answer the question rather than diverting me elsewhere and not actually answer my question.

I've always been a huge fan of Xero for it being idiot proof! We use it every day and it intergrates with our bank account Starling and our expense system Pleo. We have never needed to contact customer support for problems because it's so easy to use!
I think sometimes it's hard to get the chart of accounts in the correct set up.
How else am I suppose to do our company accounts!? It is cloud based and just perfect!
Xero for me is the easiest and the most user-friendly accounting software out there. It allows you to create bills, and invoices, and integrate your bank with Xero so you can directly reconcile every transaction in Xero, it can be integrated with other receipt bank software as well, this way you don't need to manually create those bills into Xero. I love how they made it so user can have the option to study and learn everything about Xero through their Learning feature. I have been using Xero every day for the past 2 years and it never let me down. Even though there are times that the system is down, you can easily check and search Xero's status online to see what's happening and what steps they are taking to fix the problem. It also allows you to create tickets when there are issues arising and you need proper support. The community also serves as customer support as most frequently asked questions have been answered. The implementation of product updates has been made easy as they make sure that customers are well-informed ahead of time and provide guides so they can manage everything as well.
I do love the reports and how easily they can be understood, but I felt like it has wide room for improvement. Just like how I sometimes need a wider range of reports but what you can generate is only limited to what they have in Xero. It would be amazing if I could go to reports, for example, payroll reports, and then have the dropdown menu with all the pieces of information that were inputted or created in Xero. Furthermore, I felt like payroll can be improved as well, and having all the awards installed would really help business owners as well, as sometimes it is very difficult to keep up with all the changes going on within the ATO and state governments. But all in all, Xero is still the go-to when it comes to accounting software.
Xero is solving all the manual things going on within the accounting books. It also helps to ease day-to-day transactions like creating bills and invoices, especially bank reconciliation. The reports help you check and manage expenses and sales every day.
The Xero team, from customer service to specialists were amazing, supportive and responsive at a time when I suffered a significant hacking attack across my whole network. They were professional, diligent and one of the few companies that responded to the seriousness of the hack immediately.
As I was hacked I was advised not to answer any phone calls from numbers I didn't have an ID for, so when Xero team were trying to call me, to help me, I didn't know it was them. We found a work around, but when under huge stress this was a bit of a challenge
