I am using the Zoho CRM from 4 years and I am happy with it's easy and user friendly interface. I can easily save the every communication about my client's. It also gives me a freedom to setup a calender for my scheduled calls and meeting.

I was amazed with an integration with Zoho Survey to collect data and Zoho Campaigns to send newsletters. Together it works brilliant. However, I would prefer to have an integrationg with modern landing page constructors like Tilda or PlatformaLP.
How easy it is to set the appointment and to set a call back

In my experience using Zoho CRM, I must say that it is an excellent cloud-based business management platform with many features that provide tools for sales and marketing automation with support, analytics and customer service functions, this platform gives us the ability to respond to customers in all channels and with the Zoho CRM sales assistant we can plan the right time to contact customers, I must say it's a very complete and smart platform with a really affordable price that helps us save a lot of money and has made our work related to marketing and sales management much easier.
Zoho CRM has some weaknesses that should be improved quickly, like the fact that it's problematic to try to customize the application can take a long time to get the right customization to your needs, it doesn't have a lot of tutorials to easily understand the features of the application, the virtual assistant is really innovative and smart but some features need to be improved and extended finally the technical support is very slow to respond and doesn't provide really useful solutions which is a problem because the program has a certain degree of complexity.
We use Zoho CRM to manage all communications with our prospects, current customers and contacts; because of the ease with which we can contact our customers automatically, it is mainly used by the marketing and sales department to manage campaigns and find relevant information about our customers so that we can respond intelligently and quickly to their needs; another reason is that it has many integrations that allow us to work with the G Suite, WordPress and other third party systems.
Zoho CRM is a business management platform covering both small and large companies providing the tools necessary for greater productivity, within the tools offered by Zoho CRM we find functions of technical assistance, analysis, customer service, marketing and sales automation among other functions that give them infinite solutions to the company to respond both in real time and automatically to customers through easy handling and a wide agility within the platform.
Of the main things that can play against the Zoho CRM platform is when you want to extract a list of customers because the process is very difficult because it requires integration with storage devices and easy synchronization with other products, we also get that although they have an interface extremely easy to handle if this is not customized is wasted multiple functions of great importance
It is important to emphasize that Zoho CRM came to be implemented within our organization by great operational system because it has "Zia" this is the assistant of artificial technology that has this platform which gives you the great benefit of integrations with tools such as G-suite, Mailchimp, Evernote, among others in this way manages to show statistics of very relevant searches, within this function Zoho CRM solution operation within the industry because it gives us the ability to offer customers an easy synchronization and integration of different platforms only acquiring one that links them all.
I like how easy it is to input data and organize my prospect accounts. This has saved me a lot of time and allows me to make more cold calls per day. I also like the leads aspect of Zoho which has helped me have more outreach to prospect clients
There is nothing that comes to mind about dislikes with this CRM.
The biggest problem I have solved is tracking sales activity from day to day cold calls. I am able to set reminders on follow ups and send emails at specific times to prospect clients.
