Anyone can use this application without much knowledge on form building as it offers varieties of prebuilt form templates that mostly matches the needs of a user.

Building visually compelled forms are not quite feasible with Zoho Forms which is the only thing that I dislike about this application.

The most thing i like about zoho forms is that it is very helpfull in taking the orders from the customer Now we just share a link of order form from zoho forms and the customer just fill that up and we can deliver that to it easily. It really saves our time in asking details customer

Zoho Forms offers pre-built form templates and that saves a huge time to start from a scratch which is what I like the most. Apart from this app is very easy to use due to it's simple and easy to understand user interface.

It does not support all languages which is a bit upsetting thing for me.

The most helpfull thing in zoho is that it is very user freindly and their free version also have a loot of features specailly their templates are so good that really makes it simple and easy for you to go through yout work.

I like how the core web structure of the forms is all controlled and taken care of by the Zoho Forms website. One of the worst things that can happen with forms, or any other type of web page or element within a page, is for it to not function. Zoho Forms has been reliable and ensures that the data that is being submitted will actually get sent to us. Like most other Zoho applications, we can transfer Zoho Forms data to other applications for a more streamlined and automated work flow. We can reduce steps that are needed with tasks like data entry and spreadsheet generation.

I think that there could be more filtering and sorting options that allow us to find and organize our data more precisely. The user interface is nice, but I don't feel like there are enough metrics and analytics panels and information compared to some other data gathering applications in the market.

Zoho Forms is one of many data gathering methods we use to compile information from surveys and feedback forms. I don't really dislike anything about Zoho Forms. Something I would like them to add though is maybe capabilities for more advanced design and consumer-facing templates that can be used for surveys, polls and feedback.

The layout of the Zoho Forms control panel is clean and easy to navigate. The instructions for each of the features are straightforward and don't take long to figure out. Getting signed up and started with a form only takes minutes. The quality of the form is professional and good enough for most business purposes I've used them in. There are many different uses for the forms, so it's a quite versatile platform. Zoho Forms has many nice templates for forms like contracts, registrations and surveys.

Customizing the forms can't be done with a great deal of precision. Though it's great that we can add certain branding elements, we can't format the form design in ways that would make it mesh better with our other business content.

Zoho Forms has been a flexible and valuable platform for collecting many types of business data. We can get client feedback, create sign up forms, poll internal staff and more. We've actually used Zoho Forms in many ways that are beyond what we initially intended to use them for. We can save time and process form more efficiently by allowing users to add digital signature and submit forms online instead of through paper, fax or mail.
