Zoho Social doesn't cover the social platforms YouTube and Pinterest.

I am able to manage my sister's new business with Zoho Social. I save time and this tool makes managing social sites more convenient. It lets me know what times are the best to post and the amount of hits our posts are getting. This programs has helped me grow my sisters business!

Here at VOW we have appreciated the clean interface, the user-friendly menu and the general design of this socal media tool.

The only thing it didn't seem to work as expected is the auto-schedule function. It was showing just one or two options as the right time to engage our followers.

It keeps our social media strategy well organised and allows different members of the team to collaborate smoothly.

And the SmartQ shows the best times to post your next social media post so as to get the maximum amount of user engagement from your current user base!

There are not a lot of things you can dislike in this. Considering I've been through more than 15 social media management apps, this is the one I found the best! There can be a lot of work done with the deep analytics of competitors and post share suggestions to generate traffic to your page.

I'm able to save up a lot of time managing multiple social media accounts. Plus the analytics are very beneficial to work out strategies regarding our target markets.

Well, there wasn't much that I didn't like. It was easy to use and I was shown how to use it before I did so there was no confusion.

Zoho Social saves a huge amount of time by offering the convenience of being able to post to all our social media accounts at once. Scheduling posts for the future is great for organization.

My only complaint is that posting to Instagram is a bit more complicated and still requires use of the their app. This is out of Zoho's control, though, and doesn't affect the usefulness of their service.

Zoho Social is the hub of our social media/content marketing campaign. This service allows us to bypass hiring a campaign manager, and let's us organize everything internally.
