The metrics when you open the app are above and beyond helpful. I can see our progress. Even our Google My business is improving and I'm understanding when and what posts my viewers respond to. We also really like the recommended time to post feature. It is helpful to see what percentage of our viewers are likely to respond when we schedule a post. That's helped us better plan out our week when we sit down and plan our schedules.
That we can't add a second IG or Linked in account. I would like to add my wife to our book launch. I understand we can add a second brand, but it seems a bit much that we have to pay so much to add just one or two social media accounts. Can you make it where we can pay per account we add? Additionally, can we add Tiktok to help manage comments and likes?
I have been better able to understand the audiences of each social media. Before using Zoho, I didn't really understand what posts worked where because I couldn't compare them side by side. However, now I have a powerful social media plan for each social media account and the response has blown through the roof! We're also more able to keep on top of our social media. Our lives are already hectic and trying to manually post to 9 different accounts proved impossible. Now, we can organize them all in one day and forget about it!

Having the ability to schedule multiple posts across multiple platforms for weeks/months in advance is ideal! I get to spend a couple of days messing around sorting out the main posts/reminders and product launches etc, then just schedule for the month and not worry about it. Being able to edit on the go with the mobile app is handy, especially if there are any changes and/or delays with new products.
The limitations with Instagram - ie; being unable to publish directly to stories, is a bit of a pain. Also there doesn't seem to be a native iPad OS application, but this is minor as I can just use the web browser...
Product launches and sales can be somewhat tedious to deal with, if I forget to post on time, if at all (I'm not big with social media), but having Zoho has allowed me to focus on the monthly outgoings and set aside time to simply schedule all updates and *touch wood* not have to worry about missing another post!
Being able to access all the reports for all my channels
Not being able to format my text as needed for my channels. Any chance we can have rich text editors?
A small team in need of comprehensive visibility and management of all their social media channels, we still have to multi task across many roles in the company, Zoho social helps save time for other bigger and more pressing issues
It was simple to set up. Navigation was a breeze.
Nothing about the service but the cost is a bit much for new businesses.
It was a bit of a problem linking my Instagram. I still can not get it to work. If I contact customer service I am sure it would be solved.

We are manually managing lead generation on all our social media platforms. With Zoho social, it is all automated.
