Best thing about Zoominfo is the accuracy and quality of data across all industries. Also I like the account insights and trending account details. Google Chrome extension makes it easy to extract contact details.
Perfect tool did not find anything to dislike yet.

The buyer intent data is real, you connect with your prospect at the right time providing right services, get the news and trend right on the dashboard
there could be more customization in the workflow for better prospecting

Zoominfo is extremely easy to use and very helpful with finding Sales Leads. It details out all the information I need.
So far, I have been using Zoominfo and have not found a feature I dislike.
I sell advertising and Zoominfo allows me to find the right Marketing, Communications Manager in the company I am searching. The fact that I just have to put in a job title makes alot less cold calling.
I like the ease of finding specific contacts, regardless of role or industry. Also, because I use HubSpot, it integrates very easily. Seamless automation.
There are no downsides, at least none that I've found. I have enjoyed using ZoomInfo daily.

Zoom info is one of the best tools that I have worked with. From generating lead and finding information about a particular organization and information of anybody. I use it on daily basis and the customer support is top notch
It is comparativly pricy as compared to other tools in the market.
It has been a wonderful tool and has helped me reducing my sales cycle by getting me the right information of the company and the point of contact that I want to reach. All the information is pretty much available and I get all the information for CEO or CTO which helps me shorten my sales cycle.
I have been using Zoominfo for more than 6 months now , I could see the org structures of the teams which is very usefull and also all their number s and emails are mostly valid. It is intergrated with our pipedrive CRM , and frequently I can import the list of prospects easily
I do see sometimes the news about the company or organization is not upto date
ZoomInfo provides all the numbers and emails of the prospect list and also gives good idea about the company organization structure and C level people email and number
From giving the high level data to granular level it, it help reduce the turn around lead cycle with accurate data of indiviuduals and accounts
Zoominfo Sales OS is so far the best tool so no dislike
It simplies the problem of not able to get the verified data, which could be name, phone number, website, linkedin profile or description of the account
