Zoominfo makes looking ofr new sales entirely too easy. I cannot see how I managed a sales career without zoominfo. It has everything you need and more. I cannot recommend this enough.
To be honest, there is not much that I dislike about Zoominfo. The interface is easy to use. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you takes the free courses offered, you get really used to it.
No more cold calling. It's like Zoominfo brings the sales to you. Once you integrate it with your internet browser you are able to find contacts that otherwise would be impossible to obtain.
In general, I employ it primarily for lead generation, and what stands out to me about this tool is the quality of its data.
The least beneficial aspect is the templates and forms.

The best part about zoominfo is the ease of looking up contacts. If I am stuck on a company with no direction, zoominfo is an easy tool to lean on to find some avenue into the decision makers.
I cant think of anything i dislike. Since our company started using it, my daily prospecitng has gotten significantly easier.
It is helping me navitage through stale leads in CRM that have been there forever. contacts have left, etc and it easily helps me get around this.

You have virtually access to all viable information you need. You create and customize list with potential prospect that are within your target range. Easy to use, number of features, integration in CRM works smoothly.

Finding new hires into positions. Finding people who have left positions. Giving email, phone numbers and ways to get ahold of prospects. Makes my job a ton easier because I have everything under one place. Also it the prospects who just hired into the position we target are always going to be hotter leads.
ZoomInfo is the best tool available for finding contacts and contact information at companies you need to prospect in to. Ease of search, use and seamless ability to move contacts to a CRM make ZoomInfo the primary platform for any salesperson or team!
I am hard pressed to find something I dislike about ZoomInfo. It really helps me get my job done and I dont know what I would do without it.
ZoomInfor helps me find the right contacts and their contact information at companies I prospect into. I believe that prospects at work prefer to recieve work-related information in their work email. Without ZoomInfo's contact information, I would be forced to only use Linkedin, which does not give me personal contact information and is generally recieved in a personal email as its a personal profile. ZoomInfo helps me get the right messages to the right places quickly and efficiently, helping me to find prospects with projects or pains and move them into the sales funnel.
Zoominfo's accurate data for the listed companies and their employees is valuable information at one's fingertips. Also, the data is updated periodically which ensures well-targeted sales campaigns. Easy to use. Easy to implement the data with data exports. I use it on a daily basis. Additionally, I get great customer support and easy integration with other internally-used apps.
Data for companies and prospects based outside North and South America region is sometimes unavailable, inaccurate or outdated.

The ability to multi thread within accounts using multiple contacts' information. This also allows for efficiency within the SalesOS platform/side of Zoominfo itself - allowing for quicker times on prospecting, outreach, and lead gen.

It's really easy to search for the people I need to find when prospecting companies and provides fairly accurate contact information 99% of the time. I use it all the time.

It's not related to ZoomInfo product, but the expectation to have different enrichment/prospecting tools for different geographies seems to be challenging. I just hope they prioritise Global data availability so that customers can make use of 1 tool fully.
We are heavily dependent on Zoominfo for Auto enrichment for all our website leads, enrichment for list created within the company and buyer insights. All our sales reps have access to Zoominfo and they can trigger notification or workflow based on their usecases. We also use it for creating our dream list of prospects using the ICP filters to identify our best bets
The accuracy and availability of data is something our current customer data provider lacks compared to zoominfo
ZoomInfo is sometimes slow at making updates to their software but as the industry leader that is understandable

I use ZoomInfo daily and the most helpful tool in ZoomInfo is the Intent feature. It's great to be able to build of prospective clients that are interested in our service. It also helps that when I find great leads, I am able to export them straight into our Salesforce easily.
Sometimes the software can be a bit buggy and lose what I'm working on or log me out randomly however the customer support team is always helpful in solving those problems.
Finding good leads for our services and it benefits our company because it helps us identify those good leads with ease.
I have been Using ZoomInfo for almost two years now. It has made it extremely easy for our Start-Up to be able to filter in companies using the technologies we sell into and pull in companies and contacts directly into our CRM. We have tried a few other prospecting tools and find ZoomInfo to be the easiest to use and have the most useful info. I would highly recommend ZoomInfo for any company looking to grow their lists!
While ZoomInfo is a game-changer for our business, it is a bit pricey for our startup, but without it we would not have the right database to continue to bring in new revenue.
ZoomInfo has helped us easily find new companies and contacts for our sales team to reach out to. We were struggling with this before. Also, it makes it so much easier to pull that info directly in our CRM so the team can immediately start working on those leads.
Zoom info has made me become successful in the sales development department at my work. I am able to handle all things from emails and phone calls. I spend a vast majority of my day researching new companies, and getting in contact with the proper contacts to book meetings. Zoom info has instructional videos to break down all of its platform to walk you through everything you could possibly need.

Zoominfo is solving the issue of getting your foot into the right door. When trying reach out to companies, you could get stuck at the gatekeeper. Salesos gives you a work around to contact people inside the office, rather then calling and going through that "front door."
